Dr. Paramjit Panesar is a highly experienced professional, very cooperative, and a great person.

The staff are very kind, especially the receptionist at the front and the manager. They answered every question I had and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate their helpful and professional service.

I went to get my physical exam done, whomever the doctor was, he never introduced himself. No lab tests was requested to by done. I went in with a very bad ankle pain again no xrays was requested by the Doctor. I asked the Doctor that I wanted to get an allergy test done to see what I'm allergic too, His response was why do you want to know about that. Is he even a real licensed Doctor?

We use to really like this place when Dr tiwana was here even though there was still issues with the staff. They r down to one Dr who is just okay. I'm guessing he's so busy he can't keep up. Staff hardly ever answers phone so you need to leave a message. Lately they have gotten better about returning calls. You have to stay on top of them all the time to get anything done. Don't use Sutter on line he doesn't check it

Followed my doctor and PA here when he moved his practice from Roseville. Liked them enough to justify the drive. Over time, things slowly went downhill. Little things started piling up, and eventually both my primary and PA moved on. I didn't know where they went, so I kept going to Apollo. Last visit was too poor to ignore. Office wasn't clean, nurse complaining about her job and difficult school schedule, and the doctor actually kicked his feet up in the exam room and barely made eye contact. Last straw was when they mixed up ANOTHER PATIENT'S records with mine. Notes referred to 'she' and 'her' numerous times, and referred to things that we never discussed. Meanwhile, the things we DID discuss were not in the notes at all. A few days later, I received a call for a referral for a procedure that was never discussed. When I brought it to their attention multiple times, asking that my records be corrected, I was blown off. So my permanent medical records are completely fouled up. Incidentally, I don't think it's appropriate for doctors to sell products in their office. Pretty tacky.

I had a wonderful doctor there. And all of a sudden she is not there anymore. I am so sad. The other Doctor Who was in the same practice I didn't care for him.

I saw Dr. Pansear today for sinusitis and overall primary care appointment. He is very friendly, understanding, and listened to all of my concerns. All my prescriptions were placed in a timely manner to my pharmacy. I live over an hour away so I was also told there are telehealth options available if needed for convenience. I'll definitely be back and thank you to the friendly front desk staff and care team for your support!

I hate to write this type of review but seeing that the same issue has happened 3 times I have no choice but to write it. There has been 3 separate times where Dr. Panesar ( 2 times ) and Dr. Tiwana (1 time) have FAILED to put in the orders for medications to my pharmacy. It is beyond ridiculous as this is something that should be done right away. Today 2-29, i had an appt at 10:30a. i had a follow up because i had gone into the ER on 2-27 due to respiratory issues. Dr. P had also asked me what the doctor in the emergency room had diagnosed. I had told him my symptoms, the usual, cough, cold, congestion, and also let him know that I was having some respiratory issues. I then proceeded to tell him that I had gotten prescribed and that I had gotten prescribed an inhaler that wasnt working for me. He then suggested a different type of inhaler and I had also requested a nebulizer which helps with breathing. He said OK I'll go ahead and put a order for these two items. i waited oh right now to call my pharmacy to confirm, because usually my pharmacy will send me a text once they have received the order they had told me I had not, I had to call the clinic twice to see if the order have been put in, on top of that. I had messaged him directly to see if he would be able to do this as soon as possible. The front desk for the clinic, told me that it should be done at the end of the day, but if this is something that is really needed why is he waiting till the end of the day to get this completed? generally, when doctors put these orders in, they do them right away. Super disappointing because this is a second time he has done this I shouldn't have to be calling to see the status of that order. The NP that I've had appointment with with this clinic, both have been great, and have done way better job than both of these doctors combined. After I get this order from him I will be changing PCPs because it's just utterly ridiculous and unacceptable that this keeps happening. If I'm telling you that I'm having respiratory issues, why are you going to wait till the end of the day to get this order push through? i'm completely done with Dr. P

I wish there would be a Zero star option because given 1 star is too much for this office service. Very Rude most of the Staff specialy the girl who told me I am the Supervisor.
