Dr Berci has always been so thoughtful and gentle with my teeth and gums. Whether it is a regular old cleaning or setting a crown, she knows what she is doing and has always made me feel like I'm family!

My experience here has always been wonderful, easy, and welcoming. Very clean dental office with amazing dental team who likes to take care of their customers. The staff are very welcoming, and always checks me in before I even get to say who I am. Shows they pay attention to their customers and remember face and name easily. Highly recommend for friends and family!

Got my cleaning done from Qi she did such an amazing job and i love how she took her time doing my cleaning, she explained my oral health as well i explain to her i was having pain and she gave me good feedback

I had a concerning experience at this dentist’s office that landed me in the hospital a while back and after receiving real professional care, I won’t be returning. I made an appointment on a Friday morning at this location to have an infected tooth removed. They stressed the importance of taking it out and starting me on antibiotics. After the procedure, I was sent to the nearby CVS to pick up my antibiotics. The pharmacist said they hadn’t received a prescription and to wait an hour or so. I ended up waiting a couple hours and called the dentist’s office. The main receptionist said she would remind my dentist to prescribe antibiotics. Half an hour later, I’m back at the CVS and the dentist office has closed- no prescription. I call the dentist and am redirected to an after-hours line. They apologize and that it should not have happened and they will call me back. They never called back. Fast forward to Saturday night and I am in pain and feverish and was taken to the ER. Made the soonest possible appointment at Arden Modern and he asks me if I’ve been taking my antibiotics. It was a slap in the face and an overall humiliating experience. I’d already had medical trauma from Western Dental and thought I was paying for a more professional experience. I haven’t been able to pay my bill there because it makes me sick to my stomach to pay them to have neglected me. I cannot recommend.

Amazing service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have had had bad experiences in the past but everyone there was very patient and made sure i understood what the next steps are. Definitely recommend

Wonderful experience. Hygienist was friendly and professional. Doctor was caring and offered plenty of helpful insight and suggestions for mouth health and treatment options. Very satisfied with my visit experience.

Four stars is near perfect imo, because Theres always room for improvement, however the staff, (Harley, Andrea.) here is punctual, sincere and professional. They use the latest technological tools and are flawless in their advice, as well as technique. 👌🏼 🦷 😃 🍻

Harley is an AMAZING hygienist. 10/10 would highly recommend. I wish more professionals in the field were as personable as she is. Made the entire process comfortable and made sure to explain to me what she was doing and why.

Harley did a fantastic job. I hardly felt a thing, which is saying a lot for a deep cleaning. Courteous, quick, and kind as well. :-) Also shout outs to Dr. Berci. She is the best dentist I have ever had. Thoughtful, patient, and caring. Top marks for her.

Harley was my hygienist. She ensured that l am comfortable and very supportive and helped me to be more relaxed. She explained also the procedure - the why's. It is very important for a patient to understand the rationale of the procedure.
