Wife went to this office after a long wait for the appointment. A day before by 4pm got a call and asking me to contact the primary dental office ask them what tooth number has an issue? I tried to contact but couldn’t get hold of primary dental. She came here with a Muslim look and little English the front desk balm her about that she didn’t had the information about which teeth need to be fix but it’s their job to find out before giving us appointment. They rescheduled her appointment for a month later which is stupidness, we already waited 2 months to get this appointment. Avoid this place. will fill complain

Arden Town Dental is a joke. They kicked my father's care provider out of the room right before the oral surgeon did their work. Then, the dental tools were taken out of their sterilized pouches and left out in the open for over an hour. This was prior to the doctor coming in to discuss the procedure, and before administering any Novocaine. My father laid there for another hour before any work was done, which allowed some of the Novocaine to wear off. The oral surgeon was extremely rough and hurt my father. They knew the Novacaine had begun to wear off. When my father complained about it, the oral surgeon simply replied "I'm sorry" while continuing to work. Afterward, the staff failed to call in my father's medications to his pharmacy on time, and never did call in the painkiller that was prescribed. They never answer their phones, leaving a message is worthless, and their phone system was off during business hours this morning. They don't even have a working after hours emergency contact number. Avoid Arden Town Dental. **UPDATE** 6/23/2026 - It's been eight days since my father's teeth were extracted. My father is still in pain and still without any pain medication ordered.

Takes forever. Consistently waiting 1-2 hours for scheduled appointments. Poor scheduling practices here. We are switching dentists.

I am very disappointed with this dental office. They frequently cancel appointments, often at the last minute, which makes it difficult to plan around work and other commitments. Even when appointments are not canceled, patients are often not seen at their scheduled time and are left waiting for a long period. Good customer service includes respecting patients’ time and keeping appointments as scheduled. Unfortunately, this office has been unreliable and unprofessional in handling appointments. I hope they improve their scheduling practices and communication with patients in the future.

Whoever the lady is that works in the front is one of the most rude and disrespectful ladies that I’ve ever encountered. For this being a surgery center the first person customers see should be empathetic and caring. Wish I could have gotten her name. But do not recommend this office because of her. I’d go to one of their sister offices instead. City of trees dental is way more caring and empathetic.

Very Ghetto type unprofessional clinic and staff! Avoid them! We've been visiting for third day they were booked out and backed up even they call us and they booked us appointment and now they cancel our appointment when we visit to the clinic and there was very asked for reschedule ! unprofessional Root front desk

So disrespectful, unprofessional behavior with patients! They always backed up asked for rescheduling wasted my time and money!! How are they 4.5 stars People were Yelling on them
