Doctor Arthur is a perfect gentleman and a professional in all respects as a cardiology physician. I am grateful for his saving my life when I was only 84 years old; and I admire his willingness to provide beneficial follow up appointments.

As far as I am concerned this man "walks on water". Three local (Chico) card. told my son and sister they couldn't keep me alive for 30 days. That was in 2000! I know of another local person, that had been told "bypass is the only option", when they couldn't put in a stint. Dr. Arthur put in a stint and the man is doing great.

After being told by local Cardiologist he "couldn't keep me alive for 30 days". I serched In Sacramento, and he, Dr. Alven Athur was highly reccomended. He was able to put in stents that local Dr's had tryed and not been able. 9 years later - I'm still alive, Thanks to Dr. Arthur.
