They never answer the phone. Expect to actually be seen about 2 hours after your scheduled appointment. This happens to me every single time and I know it happens to others. They called me once just to put me on hold for 18 minutes.

They were supposed to be unblinding us from the study. I almost was going to be unblinded as I had an appointment for my Moderna shot but they said everyone would be unblinded in a few weeks. That was 6 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago the app said they were unblinding. My entire family was part of the J&J trials and none of us have been called and all of our messages are going unanswered. I thought the point of participating in the trial was to be the first in line for the vaccine?

The staff was friendly and professional. We did not have any issues. They made the research enjoyable. They explained everything that was going to be done and answered all our questions. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

If it was possible to give no stars, I would because I don't believe they even deserve one. I found the staff to be poorly educated, judgemental, unprofessional and I would not recommend wasting your time at this place. First, they harass you by calling incessantly throughout a work day. I believe I received 30 calls from them back to back in one day a few weeks ago. I hadn't even agreed to participate yet, this was to make my initial appointment for a study. Then I spent 4 hours when I did finally go in for my first appointment and they were so disorganized that I couldn't even receive the vaccine that day because their system was down. Then they had me come back, only to kick me out of the study for a reason that wasn't even valid. The woman who did it was very unprofessional and biased towards me for whatever reason. I will never waste my time at this place again. And I hope people heed my warning. This place is a joke! Don't support their rude and unprofessional staff. There are much better places to volunteer for studies in the area. I know I will not make that mistake ever again. And to the woman who kicked me out today for something she didn't even know about, next time take your lunch break so you don't take it out on your patients. And don't complain about your coworkers to your patients. It makes you look pretty lame and childish.
