Horrible doctor, horrific experience! I lost my hearing completely after he did surgery on my ear. I wouldn't trust him if your life depended on it. He should have never been a doctor with his inhuman skills and lack of ability to do a good job. I found another surgeon in SF to see what can be done to reverse the damage that Dr. Brent Benscoter did to my ear. Don't make the mistake I did. I believe his good reviews are truly false... I got fooled and went to him. Don't make the mistake I did.

Dr Benscoter provides excellent service, very trustworthy. Jennifer in the scheduling department was amazing. She got us in under an emergency circumstance within 24 hours.

I had my second visit with this doctor and it was the same. Doesn’t listen or understand the patients perspective. Does not care how the patient suffers. Refuses to be collaborative and learn from thought leaders. Rude, disrespectful, I’m not paying for this insulting behavior.

Dr Benscoter has been treating my meniere's disease for a few years. He's incredibly patient in answering my questions & always explains my options for treatment. He even did an unscheduled procedure for me because he knew I had driven a long distance to see him. He's really great.

I had an ear infection which lasted about 3 months. I visited my primary 3 times during the three month period. Anyway, Dr. Benscoter treated the infection quickly.
