I got a glasses prescription from Dr Rothlisberger but they did not work and so I called and asked the receptionist if he could send me new prescription with a stronger prism. They too did not work. I called again and was informed by the receptionist that he felt that a stronger prism would not help. Fortunately I found another doctor who provided me with a much stronger prism (one that had both a horizontal and a vertical component). They worked great especially after doing some vision therapy exercises. Double vision is not easy to diagnose and it can be very time consuming to find the right prescription. Nevertheless it would have been better if Dr. Rothlisberger had suggested that I come in for a re-examination or referred me to another doctor rather than just leave me hanging.
Generally, ok. Just no feeling of any sort of involvement in my concerns. Explains bad news rather tersely.
Dr. Rothlisberger is a good eye doctor. He is knowledable and professional. The assistant who handles the eye testing and prep before patient sees the doctor was 30 minutes late to bring us back, while others came later than us were seen before us. We received no apology, or explanation. We had a appt.
Super nice, efficient doc. He's quiet, but who wants an eye doctor who will talk your ear off? I've been his patient for two years and will return for future exams.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
