Carescope In Home Care's Online Review Report Card

My family has been using Carescope for our elderly father for over a year. We could not be happier. They are extremely flexible to meet our needs for whatever is necessary. And my dad's main caregiver Alice has bonded so well with my father (who is very picky) that we now consider her part of our family. And the office personnel is excellent to work with. I highly recommend the use of Carescope for the care of any family members.

I can't say enough about both Marissa and Ceci, and how they took care of our mom in her final days. They were both so caring and compassionate, and provided us with good memories. Mom loved both of them, as they worked hard to keep her comfortable and happy. We will be forever grateful.

I can't give more than 5 stars but i would if i could. The whole Team at CareScope from Michelle to all the caregivers and Backoffice personnel were great to work with. Especial thanks to Malia and Lori. We had an early experience with another company that was not great. I was very pleased with the professionalism and focused attention provided to my Father while under their care. Great job!

Carescope was a very good agency to work with overall. Their management team was professional, accessible and helpful. They were ready to provide caregivers for us as soon as we needed them. And as for caregivers: Carescope has some really EXCELLENT caregivers. Robin, Tokasa, Aster, Rita, Linda and Margaret were SUPERB to work with. These ladies really and truly CARE about who they are taking care of and give from their HEARTS. It’s not just a job to them, but they know that the individuals they are caring for depend on them and their families depend on them to provide the best care possible. These ladies were so professional, pleasant and easy to work with and I always felt confident that my family member would be very well taken care of. I am ever so grateful for Carescope, for their team members and for the tremendous support they provided to our family.

We have had the best experience with every caregiver who has provided care for our residents.The management is responsive, reliable and professional. We have used other agencies but there is a clear difference with Carescope.

Carescope is fantastic!  They came through for us at a time of great need, providing 24/7 live in help for my father who was entering hospice.  Even though he was positive for Covid, they provided care - including on Christmas Day.  Margaret was an unbelievable gift to our family, caring for our father in a compassionate manner at a time when we could not be with him.  It made all the difference to us.  It felt like she was heaven sent.  Margaret and fellow caregiver Uatoa handled critical items for us on the day my father passed.  Communication with staff was superb.

The employees seem nice enough but they are ill equipped and not trained to do more than housekeeping.  Plus getting the same person to come in is too much to hope for.

We recently needed 24/7 care for my wife after she was released from Mercy General. We were connected with CareScope through the hospital and our experience was extremely positive.I am sure that all home care agencies draw from the same pool of care givers so what really makes the difference is the agencies policies/procedures and management staff.  CareScope is doing it right!On the day my wife arrived home a CareScope staff member was there to make sure the attendants understood their duties and were properly trained, and that the necessary medications were taken care of.  We were given a list of who would be here and their shift times.  My wife was never without her needed care.The management team members we dealt with were Michelle (Puetz) Roundtree and Erika Rayway.  They were both available every time we had a need and always responsive to our requests.  It was definitely a five-star experience.

This is an excellent agency! I've been a geriatric care manager for 20 years and this agency has the skill and heart needed to provide excellent care. Great caregivers, accessible supervisors/staffers and it's a locally run and operated business founded by a nurse.
