I have tried to get a appointment here and just can't get anyone to call me back on there message they have when you call says they can answer you back if you leave a e mail faster then a phone call to me that makes no sense at all it takes longer to sit and read a email and reply then it takes to listen to a voicemail and call it back that's just my opinion what about people who are older like me who don't have a email and don't get all this new email stuff and all this new technology you need to be able to cater to everyone's needs not everyone has a email
I’ve been a patient of Dr Shin for a little over 2 years. I opted for spinal fusion and a cage insertion in January of 2021. I recently attended Dr Shin’s Keystone Functional Restoration Program. It’s a 7 week course that is not for a person who is negative or a complainer who isn’t willing to try to get their old life back. The program is not a miracle cure. If you prefer to rely on medication, also not for you. If you want to move again and have part of your life back, then do this program! You will be pushed and motivated. The best part is being part of a team with people who can relate with your pain experiences. The staff are fantastic. Mentally and physically you will learn. Movement is the key! Combined with nutrition education and knowledge of Neuroplasticity, you will learn what it takes. If you expect to be fixed or are attending because your attorney or insurance says, then do it with an open mind. I have a better outlook & have started doing old activities!!
This review is for patient services Alex. This person in patient services is very rude and does nothing to get answers for you.The last person that was there Michelle made sure that she got answers for you. patient services Alex could care less she ends her conversation with a condescending have a nice day. I sure hope Dr. shin reads this and makes a change in patient services.
Shin is a Fraud! If you have a injury case don't go see him. He will lie to your face about sending in referrals to EDD and work comp. I have been battling with EDD for over a year because they claim Shins office never sent in the documents to get my benefits started. The entire time Shin has claimed he did. I asked him today to show me proof and he left the room and after a while came back and claimed they had ongoing computer issues and it never was sent. This man will also leave you injured and in pain and refuse to give you pain meds. He will just have you come in and spend very little time with you and not listen. I told him today that I have been having major spasms and have been falling down. He response was ..Follow me and we went out into the hallway. With out saying anything he shot into his office. I went into the waiting room and told the girls at the counter what just happened. They both just laughed! I think this place is all just a scam from the front of the office to the back the office. Please do yourself a great favor and go to another doctor because this guy will do you more harm than good!
I really Enjoyed this programming. It really helped me. I was pleasantly surprised by how good I felt after taking this program. The staff were pleasant and the things I learned will help me moving forward.
I came into the 7 week program as referred and approved via workers comp. I was very skeptical and was pleasantly surprised. I am about to wrap up the program and feel a lot more confident in my ability to manage my pain through multiple lectures, physical training and just being around a team and cohort that is in a similar situation. It also gave me a sense of normalcy and schedule, which I hope will transfer over into my life. I hope to keep moving, reinforcing and learning about my own mental health and body, and this program gave me a different approach to pain management. The staff is there to help and are good at what they do.
Thank you Dr. Shin for helping me with my pain issues over the years and referral when need.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
