Dr. Sandhu is like Teflon when it comes to patient care- everything slides right off him. He is not willing to take any responsibility with his patients. He always passes the buck and just says to go to the emergency room instead of actually seeing the concerned patient. He has not seen my mother in person in a year and a half. Returning messages is another major problem. At least he doesn’t say that masks are useless like his PA does.

Small problem. The billing code was missing on my x-Ray slip. I got there just as they opened. The knew my name without my chart. They had another doctor add the code and I was on my way. They were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Sandhu was friendly, efficient, and I highly recommend him as a Primary Care Physician. I would still be with him if I hadn't changed insurances.

Have been with Doctor Sandburg for a couple of years now. He has ALWAYS been professional and caring. I recommend this doctor. He will tell you like it is.

Dr Sandhu has been my inlaws physician for several years. Always professional, worth the wait and is detailed regarding their care. What really earned the last star was how the doctor was out of the country but was able to communicate with his staff via email and made it a point to see them when he got back. His staff is also knowledgeable, Mary performs her EKGs using landmarks not by best guesses like most office staff. And no, we are not related lol.

Such a idiotic doctor I ever seen..he dnt have any respect for patients.its humble respect he is not a good doctor..My husband and i went there .we are vagan n never drink alcohol.My husband is sick. As soon as , he come start saying u r alcholic and taunting with bad words.No any respect for patient.If they dnt respect humanity at least respect your profession.

Multiple instances where they schedule appointments and then the appointments are non existant! Very unprofessional staff. Ive seen many arguments with patients and the staff. Fire them and hire better workers they are definitely slackers which is mot welcome in the medical field.

Dr is good. His staff however suck really bad. Multiple appointments have gone non existent they are rude and dont do their job. Fire them and hire people who respect their job that kind of error is not welcome in the medical field. Seen multiple patients argue with staff they are absolutely horrible

Dr. Sandhu and his staff are the best!! I never have problems with getting lab results, call backs, etc. His nurse is always so smiey when my husband and I go in for our appts. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family, as I already have. Keep up the good work, Dr. Sandhu!!!
