PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY. YES I KNOW ITS LONG BUT I PROMISE YOU ITS WORTH IT I have been going to this dental office for several years. Everytime I'm there the staff is friendly, kind, and always willing to help. I recently had to go in for a semi emergency. (Let me explain a little. I have a seizure disorder. During a seizure i clinche my jaws, stiffen up, and shake violently.) During a recent seizure, I broke a molar. The front office got me in. I was seen, spoke with and because of the severity they had me come back the same day to have the procedure done. It was not an easy process. I ended up needing 3 crowns a root canal and extraction. Dr. Gaddis took his time to ensure I was comfortable. His assistant checked on me as well as the young lady who is part of the back office staff. (I'm sorry to you both I'm terrible with names but just know I think your both amazing). Because of the severity I was there for 3 hrs. No one there got frustrated or upset at me because my appointment took that long. I kept them at the office past the closing time, or that during my procedure I had to stop it and get up to use the bathroom. When I was finished they had called in the medication the Dr. had prescribed asked me if I was OK, and as I apologize for keeping them late both of the ladies in the reception area smiled kept telling me it was OK not to worry and to rest. I apologize to Dr. Gaddis as well. Since the last part of my appointment was the extraction. It was not easy by any means. The Dr. never once made me feel like i was holding him up or i was a problem. Once everything was done, i stood up and said to the Dr that tooth was being stubborn. He just smiled and said a little bit but I got it. All the while still having a smile. He gave me some extra gauze and i apologize to him. He also said no dont worry. I scheduled my next appointment. So if you want a dental office thats quaint, kind, helpful, and understanding. This is the place. P.S. I have read the other reviews that were complaining. Let me say this in response to some of the other reviews: 1. Its standard practice for a office to not allow other children in the back office. Especially young child as it can be a problem 2. Temporary crowns are never level with all your other teeth. Hence why it's a temporary crown. 3. I have NEVER ONCE experienced this office not answering the phone. They may answer and place me on hold which is acceptable. 4. I also was a patient that came in at one time and had an "emergency" extraction and was asked to come back THE SAME DAY to deal with some of my dental issues that were the most severe. 5. After dental work yes your mouth will be sore. That's expected! 6. I've had my teeth cleaned and experienced bleeding afterwards. It was due to me not having routine cleaning. The bleeding subsided and all was good. Recommendation get your check ups and cleaning regularly to avoid these issues. 7. Arriving exactly at your appointment time when you have never been seen at the office or it's been a while since you've been there is poor etiquette. Sine you need to fill out paperwork and potentially update your information. ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES PRIOR TO AVOID ANY ISSUES. 8. After arriving for your appointment and doing all the necessary things, waiting can happen. As you never know if the person or persons prior to you may have need extra things done that were unforseen when they made the appointment. Be patient and you will be seen and treated with the same level of care and respect as the prior patients. DIDNT YOUR MAMA EVER TEACH YOU THAT PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE?? 9. Novacaine and numbing. Dr. Gaddis has never put a shot in my mouth that wasn't need. He also has NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER PUT A SHOT IN THE WRONG SPOT. If I ever felt any sort of pain he had and has always stopped and put MORE in. As I stated before I have a seizure disorder. Which subsequently results in high anxiety and panic attacks easily. Never once have I had a panic attack or have anxiety become so bad that he was unable to finish my treatment. He explains what's going to happen. i.e sounds and feeling like "ok you're going to hear some cracking and feel some pressure. Its all normal. If at anytime you feel pain tap or raise your hand and I'll stop" 10. Having anxiety is completely normal. You are not alone! But trying advising the office that you have anxiety or if you have medication to help you take that prior to coming and have someone come with you that can drive you so your not driving on those medication as well as that person can be your support person. Hold your hand talk to you etc. 11. The music in the office. Now this is just ridiculous . They dont play music overhead and sure Dr. Gaddis plays music. If you don't like the music have you ever tried having a conversation with him about playing something that would help you stay relaxed? Thank you again to the ENTIRE STAFF AND DR. GADDIS

I went into this clinic for my son to get his preschool check up, I have two kids and I'm basically the only caretaker . The first thing they said to me was "do you have anywhere you can leave your kid" and when I said no they said they don't allow a second child that isn't the patient this was not told to me when I made the appt and the way it was said was quite rude. In my opinion not only was I surprised by how cold they said this but she was but also by how do you expect people to just leave a kid somewhere. They did see my child and did the bare minimum check up. I don't recommend this place for any single parents or families who don't have spare adult to watch kids on a whim. The dental nurses were nice and patient with my son but I will not be coming back here.

I have been to this dentist a few times and have felt really comfortable.They really do live up to their name comfort.Dental. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and I don't have an issue coming here at, the staff and the dentist are excellent!!! I made sure everyone in my household comes to this dentis. Yhank you for all that you do!

Use to be good but recent visits was so disappointing, they performed a root canal and temporary crown in middle of November and told me permanent crown will be ready in 2-3 weeks, now 3 months later they told me my insurance has not authorized the procedure? Didn't they have to get a pre authorization first before the root canal? Now they don't even respond to my concerns about it

If you don't read this because it's long, read this: do NOT ignore the 1 star reviews and put hope in this place based off the other reviews like I did. I want to start this off by saying both receptionists were very sweet. One thing I didn't appreciate however was that when I called saying I was having an emergency situation, they did not schedule me for that but for a simple routine appointment. Thus when I got to my appointment Dr. Gaddis did not have enough time scheduled for me to do anything other than have his assistant take my x-rays and "make a game plan". I would also like to add I waited 25 minutes in the waiting room. And I wasn't the only one. I don't know how long the woman before me waited but she waited so long she told the receptionist she was going to be leaving. To which the doctor immediately came out for her. Anyways I explained to him that I couldn't eat or drink (I needed my chipped fillings replaced) and that I was very upset at this. He told me I could come in at 4 (as close to 4 as I could make it) which to me seemed very kind. I now understand he just wanted my insurances money. I arrived at 4:20 to have the problems addressed. He started by not giving me enough numbing. When he went in to drill I jumped out of my chair because I felt everything. He decided to give me more numbing and left the room. When he left I started crying from the pain. He came back shortly after to start again. When he saw me crying he told me that if I needed to I could leave. I should have, but I was desperate to get my teeth done before thanksgiving. I don't believe he was putting the numbing in the right placement. I've never had a dentist put it where he was. He continued to drill. I could STILL feel it. So he did more numbing. (Mind you at this point he's only waiting 5 minutes because he wants to leave). He continued his work while I sat in the chair shaking from my anxiety of experiencing such immense pain. I watched this man literally throw materials behind him instead of cautiously disposing of them. This man never used any water in my mouth. Nothing was rinsed. At the end he told me to bite to see if the teeth were in a good spot, and I couldn't feel if they were because by this time the numbing was kicking in. He just said "well just feel the teeth" and I said "I can't I don't know if it's right" so we just ended our session there. He did not floss to make sure the spacing was correct or anything. I did not receive any after care paper work or mentions on when the numbing would wear off. When I got in my car with my boyfriend I was so numb I couldn't talk. I was having trouble swallowing and I couldn't collect my spit. I had to pour water in my mouth and let it and the saliva fall out of my mouth to clear it. I had to keep my mouth open so I didn't bite my tongue. After 2 1/2 hours I ended up going to the ER where they told me it could take 3-4 hours for the numbing to wear off. The doctor told me my throat wasn't swollen and that I was cleared to go home or could stay and be watched. The next day my jaw was in complete pain from how tense it was due to the numbing situation. It remained in pain for 4 days. I also saw my fillings and saw that the tooth that was the worst (he did 2 teeth for me) and was in the most pain, he did poorly. The tooth wasn't even level. I also can't floss it properly due to the poor spacing with the tooth next to it. The whole time I was experiencing such hardships I was hoping that at least his work would be good. It was not. 2 weeks later now and I have severe pain in the tooth. I am going back to a new dentist to get this properly done. Please do not go here.

Staff seemed friendly but I heard them talking rudely about some patients or just seemed annoyed. All three times I went in, I was waiting forever. I was there for 2hrs all three times and dental work/x-rays took a 1/4 of that time. I was also given no topical anesthesia before the injections. It was horribly painful. My teeth feel wrong and sore even a month after getting fillings. I went in a week after the fillings were done due to the horrible pain and sensitivity and all the dentist did was look at them. No X-rays. Dentist seemed like he just wanted to get things done, probably because they book too many people at once. I can barely eat or drink anything now... I'm looking for a new dentist to check what's wrong with my teeth. Edit: I went to another dentist and they said the filling I was given were called "Slot" fillings which often don't seal properly

After seeing so many great recommendations over the years, I finally had the pleasure of experiencing Dr. Jordan Gaddis care myself and I had an amazing experience. He removed my wisdom tooth, I had the most painless dental appointment I’ve ever had. My recovery was also just as smooth, which made the whole process stress-free and made me regret waiting so long 🤷🏾‍♀️ From start to finish, everything was exceptional—his staff, the customer service, and the overall experience were a true 10/10. If you’re searching for excellent dental care, look no further. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Gaddis!

Called for an emergency Saturday appointment when my niece woke up with a large abscess. They set an appointment for 10am and charged my card in advance for the "emergency fee". A bit later I get a text from Dr Gaddis saying "sorry, I want to help but can't see you till noon tomorrow, is that ok?". He ignored every subsequent text and literally never replied. I'm already charged and have a confirmation email. I have a kid in a ridiculous amount of pain, and this guy can't be bothered to reply to a text conversation HE INITIATED let alone keep an appointment. Disrespectful, time wasting, unprofessional, and by no stretch of the imagination can be considered an emergency service. Bad service.

Love Dr Gaddis and his whole crew. They’re always friendly and knowledgeable about my dental needs. Been with this office for about five years and they are the best!
