The doctor and staff keeps on scheduling appointments without consulting the patient and didn’t seem too happy when patients ask to cancel these appointments. Personally, my family cannot continue affording these appointments all the time. If you are looking for affordable care even with insurance, I personally do not recommend this place. They charge insane amounts - $171 - for my family member’s last visit and then they schedule more appointments without asking if the patient would like to have a follow-up appointment. Even our visit to a specialist doctor doesn’t cost this much with the same insurance and normally family/primary doctors are way cheaper with insurance. If you decide to come here, definitely ask for an explanation of the charges so you know what you are paying for. Honestly, there are better and more affordable care out there that are more considerate of your needs.

Absolutely horrible service if I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment scheduled an hour and a half later finally get seen, hung up on twice. Called pretty disgruntled asked for a refund for appointment.

I usually get very nervous when i visit doctors, but Dr. Zheng's friendliness always calms me down and put a smile on my face. He is professional, funny and always understand what I need. The front desk lady are helpful and kind. The nurses are always good at what they are doing and make me comfortable during the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Zheng.

My mom had an appointment yesterday at Center parkway office she is always nervous and don't like seeing the Dr and blood pleasure goes sky high once she steps into the office but the staff there is always very nice and friendly - Veronica, Kristy and the intern was very helpful and informative of claming her down before seeing the doctor.

Doctor says things in a way that is easy to understand, and shows that they are sincerely concerned for my health. They always respect my ideas and input about what we should do. The staff are also very nice and friendly.

The providers are very nice to me and patient and considerate. All the staff are also very nice. Making appointments is easy for me to do. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

This place is the worst I have been . There's a Cantonese lady has very very bad attitude. But there's American lady was fine . My parents had called to let them know they were late because of traffic . But she just tell my parents to go home . Don't need to come back . No time for them . But my parents just went there . And there's no one there . No busy at all . And the American lady just fine tell my parents fill out some information . But the Cantonese lady just been ass hole give my parents hard time at the whole time . Also that was the first Time we been there !! My parents get mad and just leave . Feels so shame for this Cantonese lady .
