The clinicians seemed decent, the food was pretty bad, even though we had "chefs". The admin side lied to us and dissembled constantly about policy and their handling of a covid outbreak, which sent me home, with no warning or preparation. I wasn't allowed to pack my own personal effects, and lost about $100 worth of property. They also failed to send me two packages that both Amazon and UPS confirmed as received, combined worth $100, plus items of sentimental value. They take no responsibility for anything and at one point the director said our complaints were invalid because we're all just sick people. The housing was adequate, but don't believe the hype about the "mansion" with a pool and all the other amenities. Everything is run down and in disrepair.

Essential Behavioral Health has an amazing Mental Health program that REALLY works with you one on one and in group settings. Not only does the program work you also can bond with the people in your groups who might have been through a similar situation. The staff, clinicians and directors help support you through a tough time and let you know you are seen!

Excellent program, a life changing program at that. I could not be more thankful for the help they provided and changes it has made in my life , I recommend this program! The staff is very helpful and all about your recovery. I can happily say I am recently a year sober and I could not have done it without the help of cedar point recovery.

Cedar Point Recovery Center was the most impactful program I have experienced thus far in my life. I was able to manage my mental health as well as my addiction issues, all in one program. I have learned everything I need to know in order to live a productive and happy life! The clinicians are fantastic and I was so inspired by this program that I decided to transition into the IOP program. This program is ran by Daryll, who is inspirational, motivating, relatable, and truly cares about his clients. I can't wait to start the next part of my journey with CPR!
