I recently came in for a facial with Brandy and really enjoyed my experience. I was led into a private room where Brandy customized my experience based on my skin type. The facial was nice and I left with glowing skin. But, I do think I've had better facials. First of all, the room was suffocating. I happened to come in on a day where their AC wasn't working and it was over 100 degrees outside. :/ In no way was this Brandy's fault, but she did mention that it was only her room that was having issues and she had a little fan that was just blowing hot air. It was really hard to fully relax when I felt like I couldn't breathe. I wish they would have made arrangements for another room or considered calling me to reschedule. Secondly, I wasn't entirely sure what products Brandy was using on me. From time to time, she would tell me what she was doing but there wasn't much detail on what product she was using, why she was using it and why she recommended it or if I should keep up with it. When I left the facial, I was happy with how my skin looked and felt but I didn't know how to keep up with the look/feel. The gal at the register did tell me the products that Brandy was recommending to me but it felt like they were just trying to sell me on their products...because I didn't get an explanation on what the products were and how to use them and if she used them on me that day. After comparing my experience with my friend, who also had an appointment the same time as me, I felt like I had a least than extravagant experience because her esthetician was throughly explaining the process and recommending products to her during the appointment. I enjoyed my facial and I loved that the salon offered so many services, including a membership. So I'm not opposed to giving them another try.

Came in for a honey dip. Maria did my service and she was great. Good vibe in the spa. It was a little noisy during my treatment people talking loudly outside the room other than that I highly recommend. Used the steam room after it was a nice morning for sure.

Esthetics by Jeanette (EBJ) is fantastic! I’ve been here a few times for full face waxing, and the beauticians are always professional, gentle, and really pay attention to detail. They make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The rooms are always clean and relaxing, which makes every visit enjoyable. I definitely recommend giving them a try—I’ll be coming back for sure!

I've had two deep tissue massages here. One by Amy, one by Ruslan. Both phenomenal. Affordable and great quality massage. All over great experience. Recommend to book online and arrive early to utilize the sauna and/or steam room.

The honey dip was amazing! My skin has never felt so soft. Maria did a fabulous job. Going to have to make it a monthly thing.

The Honey Dip service with Maria was great. Unlike anything I've ever done before - it was like a water massage/Turkish bath/full body scrub combo. The music turned off halfway through which was a bit distracting since I could hear everyone in the hallway, but I otherwise enjoyed the experience. I also had a pedicure which unfortunately was nothing special. My big toes are both very messy, it doesn't look like a professional job at all. Unfortunately I didn't realize how bad it was until I left. *Edited to add - I was contacted and offered a "redo" pedicure, which I happily accepted. I will be giving them another try in the near future.

I had the water massage I sought it out cause I love the Korean wet massage and scrub yet there hard to find. This one was a bit different but it was magical. I loved it.

Amazing!! Highly recommend this place:) so cute and the services were phenomenal. Lisa did my facial and was so knowledgeable. Mary gave a wonderful massage with great pressure. I will be coming back!

Me and my mom came here because my sister raves about the honey dip, they treated me for my 30th birthday,me and my mom got a honey dip and a mani/pedi after . And OMG the honey dip really is the best thing I have ever done, I had Nanci I believe and she was great just very gentle and calming, she did a great job, it's very calming and relaxing in the spa area and nicely dim lit. Most everything was great the only downfalls were the mani/pedi the girl doing mine seemed a little unorganized and all over the place, I really didn't like how they didn't have a color book or a ring with all the colors so you can pick ,she kind of just assumed what I wanted and grabbed me a couple options. That was strange what nail salon doesn't have all the colors to choose from ? Just seemed a little unorganized but I still made the best of it , I also like when nail salons open up the sterile equipment in front of you , it didn't seem like the things she was using on me were even sterilized or clean . She was very nice though which made up for it , just a few suggestions for the business . The honey dip really stole the show ! I would give a 5 stars easily but the nail experience wasn't the best and the girls at the front desk could be a little more friendlier to customers . We will definitely be back and maybe with a larger group and do a package , we would have really loved some champagne this time to enjoy, so maybe next time we can ask and see if there's any packages that include that or not . I do recommend this place, some services will be better than others I think that goes for most all places !

My absolute favorite place to get a massage! Love the ambiance, super clean and chic and their customer service is the best! Have been coming here for about 2 years now and have a membership as well ... it's the best!!
