While Dr Dhawan was the best pulmonologist I have seen in Sacramento I will not allow a nonmedical supposedly professional office staff make medical decisions regarding patient care. This office staff member made this decision regardless of patient request to see the Dr due to issues.... Due office staff trying to make health care decisions on my case without my knowledge or consent I found it necessary to fire this office.

This is the Best Dr. Ive ever had. He is genuinely solicitous caring kind. He lavishes time on you to thoroughly explain make sure you understand everything. That woderful quality can hsve drawbacks as you may be stuck in waiting a Long time sice he gives Everyone his full attention.

Dr. Dhawan has an excellent bedside manner and has always been 100% professional over the past couple of years that he has been treating me for my sleep apnea!

Dr. Kapil Dhawan is an exceptionally caring and professional Dr. he takes the time to listen to what his patients have to say. He explains his accurate and complete diagnosis, he takes the time with me so that I understand what needs to be done to correct or improve my condition. He has a wonderful, respectful and efficient staff, I never wait more than (5) minutes before I am called into the exam room to be seen, Dr. Dhawan comes into the exam room within 1 to 2 minutes he is very prompt. He has a great SMILE and bedside manner. I thank God I found Dr. Dhawan he is a great Doctor.
