If possible a 0 star. Having mental health issues. Understanding with everything going on its hard to find a dr. Made an appointment 2 months out. Today was my appointment when 1 hour actually while I was getting ready got a call canceling my appointment. Didnt get asked to reschedule even! When I asked told me 3 weeks out right before Christmas! I have insurance and feel as though these people can care less about my situation and highly recommend not using this place! Very unprofessional and rude. All while this guy us out playing golf. Do not go here. Asked to talk to a manager and got rude feedback and was not even there.

Dr. Ibañez is great. Shes personable and explains your medical situation and the medicines she prescribes in an easytounderstand way. But the appointment times have gotten so much worse. When my appointment is at 11:30, I get seen at 11:30...five years ago. Now...I dont get called in until 45 minutes later. Is it overbooking? What if I have a meeting later or am on my lunch break and only had an hour? Theyve never been this late before. Love the doctor. However they dont call you on time, you get called in 45 minutes later than your scheduled appointment.

She is simply the best! I will always recommend her. She makes sure to get things done. Her office staff is always so helpful. I love when I call I usually get a same day appointment.

I have medicine i need every 30 days and i have to see dr, however im waiting 4 months for appointment because i was told she was on vacation and when i went to appointment was told psychiatrist should do everthinh not her. I pay well for benefits but treated like a prison number. I got into car accident and she treated it like it wasnt her problem to go to podiatrist. What am i paying the primary for????? Not returning

Doctor Ibanez is very reliable ,attentive and accommodating to her patients. Easy to get appointments and you can even go as walk in.

I am so happy with Dr. Ibanez and her staff. I always get a same day appointment and her patience with childern exceeds my expectations! She is very thorough with all of my concerns. I leave confident that mine and my children health concerns will be resolved. I highly recommended her!

Ive been a client of Dr. Marcelina G Ibanez & shes been giving me excellent service & her staff are excellent advice well. Whenever I need my Rx refill they send it wherever Im at like last time I run out & I was visiting Texas they sent it to the Walmart pharmacy w/o any issue. That was amazing.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ibanez for over three years. Ive never had trouble making or chaning my appointments, the staff is really nice to me at each of my visits and Dr. Ibanez gets straight to the point which I like very much. I plan on keeping her as my primary care provider.

Dr Ibanez is rude and condescending. She was my primary care doctor for a long time and I had to switch because she no longer accepted my insurance.  Her location was convenient so it was more of a hassle to switch doctors at the time but man what a favor she did for me by doing that!  Im 53 and weigh 125 and she would make rude remakes about gaining weight when it wasnt something that wasnt of concern. I cant imagine what she thought of others. As a doctor she should have a filter and be conscious of the manner which she speaks to her patients. She was always in a rush to get me out of the office. If I had any questions regarding my health she would rush through an explanation.One of my family members, that was also her patient, needed to be referred to a specialist and she told them she wouldnt do it because it was too much work for her to do. What kind of doctor says that?!
