List of MIchael J. Fazio's Reviews
All the patients I have referred to Dr. Fazio and Dr. Youker have had excellent cosmetic results after their surgeries. I would not hesitate to have them work on me or my family if needed. They take on complicated cases that other surgeons refuse and always get the patients taken care of. World Class surgeons in my professional opinion.
I had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Fazio. Simply awesome. Very caring, explained everything before the procedure began. Great bedside manner. He called me in the evening to make sure everything was ok and to see if I had any questions. Highly recommend him.
This was my second visit to Dr. Fazio’s office for a reoccurring facial skin cancer. Dr . Fazio was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His surgical skills are outstanding and I have the utmost confidence in his ability. His nurses were helpful, professional and considerate. Outstanding medical practice!
First time was yesterday and the office personal are great and Dr. Fazio is supper he even called last night to check on me.
Dont Be Afraid. Go And Get Seen By Dr. FazioMy primary care physician dropped the C word on me 6 months ago Aug 2018. Cancer... my mind raced. What does this mean? Should I hurry and buy more life insurance for my family? CAN I even still buy more life insurance? It turned out to be Bezel Cell Carcinoma and according to all the doctors this is one of the most common types of cancers for a middle aged white guy and is relatively treatable if I act fast.So I called the referral my doc gave me and got Dr. Fazios next available appointment about a month out. The morning of the appointment I go in at 730am sit in their waiting rooms’ overstuffed leather recliners which would make any bachelor pad envious hook up to free wifi about 15 minutes later the nurse calls me back to the room the after a few questions she gently numbs my nose with a shot it stings but not bad about 2 minutes later my nose and some of my teeth are numb.Dr. Fazio comes in talks with me for a minute then takes off the layer of skin where the cancer was. It felt like tugging around my nose but no pain at all. The numbing juice worked well. It took him about 30 seconds to cut around then they applied pressure cauterized the area a bit then came the next step… they were now going to run a biopsy and check if there’s cancer below the area they cut.I’ll save you the suspense but for an hour I waited to see if they would have to cut anymore… the nurse calls my name…I walk back through the hallway trailing the nurse into the room feeling like John Coffey in the final scene of The Green Mile but my fears were completely unfounded. They sat me down and said the biopsy came back clean. No more Bezel Cell on my nose Woo hoo So happy. The bandaged me up and I’m home now writing this review for you who may be thinking about seeing Dr. Fazio and all the questions surrounding a visit. Please just go. I was hesitant at first scared as heck but Dr. Fazio and his staff were so wonderful and caring I told them I was going to give them a great review online and Dr. Fazio paused looked at me longingly and asked that my review include asking people not to be afraid. Not to be afraid to come in for a checkup. He just wants to help as many people as he can.He said too many patients wait too long because of fear of the unknown. The sooner you come in the better chances you have. I told him I would relay that message to you. Good luck Life is magical.
Dr Fazio is an amazing dermatologist. People from all over northern California were there when I was. I needed a skin graft and it looked nasty BUT once it healed you can hardly tell where it is. I would highly recommend Dr Fazio and his staff. Friendly and compassionate
I am a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. Dr. Fazio treated several skin cancers in the center of my face (nose and eyelid) two years ago. His technique is impecable. His results are simply perfect. I can tell you from experience that you can do no better in your choice of a surgeon if you are afflicted with skin cancers.
Dr. Fazio and his team are consummate experts: compassionate, caring, and technically brilliant. He and his nurses made every step of a complex procedure and reconstruction easy and painless. They go a long way to keep their patients comfortable and at-ease. As a fellow physician, I could not rate him and his staff highly enough. Dr. Fazio is an inspiration for us all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
