MIndful Health Solutions's Online Review Report Card

Thanks to the care and treatment administered by the Mindful Health Solutions Team, my wife has improved substantially under the care of Anna Sanchez. Anna took an interest in my wife from a cultural perspective which was in my opinion an essential aspect to her recovery. Over the approximately 1.5 years of treatment, I cannot recall a negative experience. The technicians were and are very kind and caring individuals ( I apologize in advance if I have the name misspelled), but Kiera was a genuine pleasure to work with and we enjoyed our time spent with her. That's not to minimize contributions from other Techs we interacted with they were all courteous caring and kind. Anytime you walk into an establishment, and they greet you by your first name one immediately feels nurtured and cared for. I want to thank the young lady who seems to manage the front desk for creating a climate that is welcoming and comforting. I know that her contributions to the organization runs deep as she helped with my wife's remapping which was key to our overall experience. The type of care that my wife received was cutting edge in terms of technology employed to treat anxiety and depression, thank you to the team for employing it. Today was our final treatment day and again I want to thank you for your efforts in restoring some sense of normalcy for my wife and her extended family. The session was closed out beatifically by the staff and will not be forgotten. P.S. the reason my wife is not writing this is because her primary language is not English. Be well and thank you MHS staff!

Staff is very rude and unprofessional and condescending and for saying something about this and saying I was going to file s complaint for cancelling all my appointments with attitude rather than helping me resolve a one day conflict, they the made up a false narrative about "name calling" not even in my vocabulary or level of integrity. I will now be bringing s witness to all my future appointments. Not great for mental health and willfully violating HIPPA.

I have been an esketamine patient here, visiting every 2-3 weeks, for almost a year now. Dr. Garner was my initial assessment doctor; unfortunately, he joined Sutter after half a year of care. He is an amazing doctor who treats you like a friend. The treatment process is smooth, and the nurse practitioner is kind and attentive during blood pressure checks and drug administration. However, the phone number provided is extremely difficult to use for scheduling or canceling appointments. Additionally, the portal didn't allow me to view my schedule until very recently. In the past, I had to visit the nurse's office in person to confirm my appointments. Overall, it's a good place for medication management or esketamine treatment.

Dr Garner has, since the last update, left the practice and the experience I had with the first practitioner is repeating with the person I was reassigned to. I can't say I am happy and I don't find the care or concern that I was getting with Dr. Garner with this provider. He is nice, but not attentive. I keep trying to give him room to grow, but I feel myself slipping backwards into depression and I have to admit I am in search of different options at this point. I want to continue with ketamine/esketamine treatment, but if things don't feel drastically better soon, I can't see the point in pursuing this any further with MHS. I don't feel seen and I don't feel heard any more, the two things that lead to healing for most people.

These crooks accepted my appointment to receive a specific prescription, as I needed a new prescriber in California, and confirmed they could do it (my insurance website also said they could). A few days after the appointment, they informed me that actually no, they couldn't do my prescription. And yet they have still been trying to collect payment for a fraudulent appointment for the past year, despite doing literally nothing for me except wasting time I could have been looking for an actual prescriber.

This office can't keep a story straight, will flat lie on your records and other documents and they have providers that have no issue leaving patients without care at any moment. Getting 3 different stories from 3 different people seems to be standard practice. Keep in mind,you could be left with more mental health struggles due to the lack of professionalism and disorder in this office then left to fix the mess on your own. Going to this practice is risky. They absolutely have the potential to cause harm. A mental health facility shouldn't cause constant chaos, turmoil and stress, and stigmatization of mental health care, but they in my experience have done just that. My stress level is certainly higher than normal whilst trying to deal with their chaos and never ending changing stories here. This is not a calm healing environment in any way shape or form. It's more of a rollercoaster with no clear direction.

Kevin Rosi will cancel your appointments without any notice. No apology. No explanation. This is after years of being an established patient and having what you thought was "rapport". If you do manage to get him on a zoom call, he'll ask you what meds you're on because he can't be bothered to remember. The calls end in about 5 minutes with him saying "is there anything else?". No integrity. Unprofessional. Look elsewhere if your mental health matters to you.

Unfortunately I've had two psychiatrists at this practice who won't listen to me. I've been working with a therapist for almost two years and when I explained to the psychiatrist our findings, I was completely blown off. I even spoke with a specialist who said I'm absolutely neurodivergent. When I shared this with my latest psychiatrist they struck down my findings saying "but everybody deals with that!" and "you can't be neurodivergent because you want friends." So someone that has been talking with me for thirty minutes knows me better than a therapist whom I've been working with for two years??? With this latest meeting I feel absolutely disrespected and that everything I've worked on to better myself has been smashed to bits. I feel that there's such a rush for the doctors to fit their patients into a diagnosis for the sake of billing that they strip the patient of their humanity. I'm just a billing code. I also feel there should be more neurodiversity training. I rated two stars because one doctor out of three actually was quite pleasant and really listened to me. They listened to what I've discovered with my therapist and helped me find medications to help me better myself. Unfortunately they left the practice.

I am very disappointment with the unprofessionalism of the office personel. The office makes patients pay upfront, sends claims to insurance company and aren't giving a refund when these bills are paid out by the insurance. I've contacted the office numerous times regarding theirs billing errors and have never heard back from them. Double billing is considered a fraud! I've been waiting to get my money back since 11 months!

Expect a lecture and thinly-veiled judgment before the clinician has even gotten to know you.
