Fantastic dental care. I am from Southern California visiting my sister. I was not a patient in their practice.My crown came off and they were able to get me in within hours of my call. Everyone including Dr. Chen was wonderful. Great care!

Excellent dental group! My whole family comes here and we always have a great experience. I recently had a follow-up with Dr. Chen and Zach assisting; both were so professional and had amazing chairside manner. I felt completely comfortable the entire time with no pain at all! They even offer blankets, headphones, and other comforts to help you relax. They take care of all of the insurance hassle and always provide you an estimate for any dental work you might need. I would recommend to book your appointments out ahead; they get busy and for a good reason! Highly recommend!

My dental cleaning appointment was comfortable, thorough, and uncomplicated. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with a smile, waited until I was called, and then the cleaning began. My hygienist, Evers, was pleasant and worked diligently at cleaning my teeth. I was able to make my follow-up appointment and then I was out the door. Professional and efficient visit. Kudos!

Let me start my saying I don't like going to the dentist, and let me follow that up with the last time I went to see a dentist it was pre-COVID. The front desk staff are super nice, the dental hygienists were kind, friendly and efficient. Dr. Chen was so sweet. Everone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. They provided detailed info on my dental plan and gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. The office is nice, they give new patients a tour, the environment was very calming, there was ample parking, a toothbrushing station, new patient welcome gift baggy, refreshments and the list goes on and on!

There's no way to review a dental group except through comparing it to others. Having been attended to by a variety of dentists, in a variety of settings, Natomas Crossing puts all the others outside the realm of acceptability. My initial call was answered promptly and I got an appointment far faster that I expected. An electronic pad allowed me to input my history compared to paper documents at other practitioners. The dentist that confirmed a previous opinion as to which teeth required extraction took great care to explain the X-rays and potential follow-up activities. The last step was to pay for the initial exam and schedule the extraction date. The amount to be charged appeared reasonable. All the members of the staff were friendly, helpful and indicative of a dental group that was top of the line.

Got my wisdom teeth taken here today I must say I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. They never once made me feel sacred before during and after the procedure. They even offered me a blanket while they were working on me because I got cold. The actual dentist Dr.Anoop I believe is his name and his assistant were so good to me and quick with taking the bottom and top out. He made pretty painless and quick. Even the office staff is so welcoming and they always have customer appreciation like today they gave out hats for free, this place is the first dentist office that I will be actually wanting to go back to get other things done.
