Natomas Dental Care's Online Review Report Card

Called 3 weeks ago to schedule a routine cleaning. The first time I called we settled on a time and date, I even put it in my calendar and told her that I’d done so. I notified the receptionist that my insurance had changed, so she told me to call back with the information. I did a while later, and while I was providing my new insurance details, she told me very aggressively that she couldn’t find it and rudely HUNG up on me while I was providing her further information. I even texted to follow up but never heard from her. Three weeks later I call to verify my appointment, the receptionist gaslights me, listing every single variation of “Natomas dental” and saying I must have the wrong one because she can’t find my appointment. Mind you, I’ve come here in the past for at least 3 cleanings, I think I would know which dentist I am going to. She then kept arguing with me, saying “It wasn’t ME who scheduled/failed to schedule your appointment” So your office is just chockful of incompetent people?? I honestly never had an issue with the dentist herself, at least she does her job well. But I had enough of the verbal abuse from the receptionist and I’ll be looking for a new dentist. Probably one where I can schedule on a website rather than waste my time going back and forth with the grouches manning the phone.

I had a great experience today. The care I received from this entire office has been absolutely outstanding. Dr. Sunkara is very thorough and knowledgeable making me feel comfortable every time I come in. The office is modern and very clean, staff is super-friendly and professional. I’m grateful to Dr. Sunkara for her skilled hands and high quality care. She is seeing all my family, too.

If I could give this place 0 stars this i would SHARIDA has made this experience very unpleasant! Called to schedule an appt to follow up after treatment. Spoke to a manager SHARIDA and she had a horrible attitude cutting me off when I was letting her know of some issues occurring after treatment. she was so quick to speak for and blame me. Sad to have people like her managing an office. She definitely needs to learn customer service POOR at handling issues with patients. Not to mention tried to belittle were funds are collected even when there's been out of pocket expenses I have paid for. Hope they can fix their mistake and as soon as they do we will go elsewhere! If you want to be treated with respect and feel comfortable to address any questions or concerns without being blamed or cut off I'd go somewhere else. No accountability.

For sure, Dr. Sunkara is one of the best dentists in Sacramento. My family and I are very pleased to have her. If you are looking for highly professional, caring and talented dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sunkara. She is extremely thorough, attentive and kind-hearted ❤️Wonderful place, fantastic team, pleasant and caring atmosphere, every step of the way they do excellent. Also big huge shout-out to the office manager Sharita for mastering the administrative part such as paperwork,insurance,scheduling,was very easy and timely. Special thanks to nice front desk staff and excellent assistants. Thank you, Doc ❤️🌹

Been coming here for years now, and very happy. I have sensitive teeth and lots of dental challenges and they are so supportive and understanding. And they make quick work of my kid’s dental cleanings. Definitely recommend!

The staff is all very nice and professional. The office is always clean, and the dentist is top-tier! She does the cleanings herself and always does an amazing job!
