Unfortunately, the office system and referral process have been extremely disappointing. My husband was repeatedly told over several months that his specialist referral would take only a few weeks to process, but three months later there was still no progress or appointment scheduled. Recently, my husband called the office again and was told that the doctor would call him back, but he never received a call. In the meantime, his symptoms became more serious while waiting. I hope the office improves communication and referral management, as delays like this can have a significant impact on patients’ health.

The receptionist is very rude and has a very bad attitude toward patients, acting as if they are doing us a favor. The waiting at lobby takes a very long time, and they give priority to their relatives and friends over other patients.

Dr. Niazi is one of the most caring primary doctors I have seen. He truly listens to the patient and cares about his patients. He has a depth of knowledge and knows what he is talking about. This doctor won’t brush you off. The staff are professional and helpful.
