She is my daughter's psychiatrist. I have tried reaching out to her to no avail. Today was the 7th time in weeks and she will not even return my phone calls. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Dr. Abbasi is a very caring individual. She takes the time to understand your entire circumstances and is not a 'pill pusher.' She is very professional and non-judgmental.

I have seen Dr. Abbasi for four years straight. As a teenager in and out of treatment, I have been put on more than 20 different drugs and all were extreme dosaging and had terrible side effects. It seems that this doctor in particular just wanted me to try every single medication out there, not ones that would actually help me. This was more detrimental to my mental health than helpful. I will NEVER come back here.

I saw Dr. Abassi for 10 months, although she is a nice person. She is no different than a drug pusher, if I had left my treatment up to her she would still have me on a horrible SSRI. Instead I took a leap of faith and listened to my inner self. Please think twice about going this route.
