Nice people and nice behavior 💯. Appreciated.
Front office people are so unhappy. Sad part is that the patient has to pay the price and be spoken to so disrespectfully. Such a bad experience for a place that is supposed to make your journey of getting healthy an easier one.
If you ever want to be treated like a nameless, faceless ATM machine for big Pharma and the people who push their cures, this is the spot for you. they are always quick to get you in at least 60 minutes late for your appointment, but if you call ahead of time, they are not going to answer the phone anyway. But don't worry, they always take the time to make sure every patient feels like they are inconveniencing the staff.
😠😑🤬😡😠😤😩🤧🤒🤕🥵🤢🤮
I call this the “Medi-Cal cancer center” of Sacramento county because it’s the only place those on Medi-Cal (and many on Medicare) can go to. I’ve had to switch to a premium Medicare Advantage plan to get access to Sutter because of the lack of care at Sierra Hematology. My first visit with Dr. Virk turned into a telephone visit with a nurse because Dr. Virk could not make it. The nurse instructed me to get new labs at Quest. After that, I simply got a voicemail stating that they will follow up again in June, but they never did.
This is my oncology support. The people are nice and friendly. They care. I believe I am getting good care.
Good very very good
Never been so disrespected in my life by a specialist just retire if u don't want to work
Dear Kinsey, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care I have witnessed at various oncology infusion centers, both locally and out of state. While the range of care can differ among hospital systems, one constant remains: the remarkable dedication of the nursing staff in these centers. Oncology nurses are truly a unique group, and among them, there exists a small subset who go above and beyond mere treatment. These extraordinary individuals provide not only medical care but also a profound sense of concern for the mental and emotional well-being of their patients. Their empathy, compassion, and protective nature create an environment where patients feel safe and supported. Joy Stanfield is one such phenomenal nurse who exemplifies this level of care. She consistently delivers an unparalleled experience to each of her patients, ensuring they know they are in the very best hands. Joy’s calm and comforting presence extends beyond her patients to their families, providing reassurance and support during challenging times. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Joy's exceptional contributions and the positive impact she has on the lives of those she cares for. Her dedication and compassion are truly commendable, and I am grateful for the care she provides. Thank you for fostering such an outstanding team of caregivers.
I've been to their Bruceville location quite a few times. I saw Laurie Bresee/Victor. (I guess she got married.) She's a kind and intelligent woman that took my health seriously. All of the staff I interacted with were also kind and competent. I have no complaints, and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
