hate this place here for 9 hours and they didn't listen to a word i said. told them i had rib pain and couldn't breath and they gave me vomiting med and gastrist meds. left still feeling the exact same mind u i got their at 2 in the morning and did t leave tell 930. thanks doc

Dr Gilbert and Dr McElvy saved my twin babies lives. They are now today happy and healthy 8 year olds due to Dr Gilberts pro active care. I can never repay or thank them enough. I’m writing this review based on my experience going there to see my niece in labor and delivery, this is my experience not hers. The hospital is very clean, the check in is quick you do need your ID, very friendly people, the security very nice, the nurses in OB Emergency are very friendly and took very very good care of my niece and her new baby girl. Thank you for your kindness and support.

I spent the last days of my grandma's life here. Very clean hospital. Nina in ICU took care of my grandma a couple months ago. Amazing care quality and nice staff. My grandma was doing well and talking + eating. However, one night she went into cardiac arrest while being transported to a regular room. She was then moved to the cardiac icu (previously neuro) and that's where she spent her last day, on max life support. We decided to end her suffering, and I hope she made it to Heaven.

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 renal failure and heart failure keep in mind I am only 40 years old. Now I have had an infection for 4 months and they can't seem to get it to go away I have had my chest catheter removed and replaced 4-5 times now and I now am sitting in my car without a chest catheter needing dialysis today and at a loss of what to do somebody please give some direction please.....

A complete waste of my time. Came here asking/expecting my ear to be flushed only for them to prescribe eardrops. I got billed/charged for them to prescribe eardrops. Ridiculous

The staff was originally rude. I guess once they seen I was a traveling healthcare professional they changed their tune. I went in for pain in upper abdomen 1st time and immediately she wanted to do surgery, no preventive care at all. That's not how we do in Texas, UT Southwestern is ranked top for a reason and I happen to take an assignment in an area with poor medical staff. She prescribed Norco 5 and nausea meds and gave dx of cholecystitis but didn't prescribed any antibiotics. I have not pooped in 4 days. Still gallbladder balled up knot feeling, slight pain. Tried to go to Sutter urgent care bc I am getting sweats and chills. No help. Avoid all of Sutter if you can. This was my very 1st time having this happen to my gallbladder like this and to recommend surgery off back is reckless. There is Urisol medicine, there is EWSL procedure. Antibiotics for inflammation but they tell me I didn't need antibiotics or meds for inflammation the diagnosis definitions is inflammation of gallbladder. Avoid this Hospital. I am afraid for residents here honest to GOD. I am. They just want to pump you with Norco and get you out their face. May Gof bless you guys in area.
