Map directions were quirky and delivered me to a 4 story bldg and i needed a 6th floor??? Went thru skyway and found my appt. I left 45 min ahead for a 9:30 chk in. Got in the office at 9:25 to find 12 or more in line to register. Not a great exp with map or chk in but overall a good exp with dr and staff.

I brought my Grandmother here to do one of the last folow ups after 25 sessions of radiation and was treated very rude first by vallet parking and the from the receptionist, We were treated like we had no appointment and like we were homeless people walking in off the street, We came to see Dr Harvey Walcov , believe is the Doctors name, his patients last name is Childers so he will know who I am talking about.

Sutter Health is a truly evil company. They use their market power to charge inflated health care prices and destroy evidence. There is a trial set for June 2019.
