I had a wonderful experience at US Dental Care. The entire office staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every visit. A special thank you to Dr. Zaid, who was incredibly helpful during my cleaning and whitening process. Dr. Zaid took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results of my whitening treatment exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my smile. I highly recommend US Dental Care, especially Dr. Zaid, to anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding patient service!

I had an appointment at US Dental Care and ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes without being called in. The waiting room was also quite crowded, which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable and unorganized. I understand delays can happen in medical offices, but there was no clear update or estimate of when I would be seen, which was frustrating. The staff was polite, but better communication about wait times would really improve the experience. Overall, it’s an average visit for me—nothing terrible, but the long wait and lack of information definitely affected my impression.

The best clinic I’ve ever been to. I’ve had to visit quite a few clinics lately, and none of them come close to the level of care, professionalism, and convenience I’ve experienced here. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making every visit quick and stress-free. A special thank you to Zaid and Dr. Glenn for consistently going above and beyond. Every time I come in, they treat me with kindness, respect, and genuine care, and somehow each visit is even better than the last. It’s rare to find a medical team that truly makes patients feel valued and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent healthcare and outstanding customer service. Thank you all for the amazing care and dedication!

TERRIBLE PLACE to go for dental care. The guy doctor I believe his name was “Dr. Middleton” is a terrible doctor while I was having pain/discomfort during my cleaning he worked very aggressively and seemed unconcerned about my discomfort throughout the procedure. Despite showing signs of pain and sensitivity, there was little effort to check on my condition or adjust the treatment approach.

Today was my first time at U.S. Dental. The front desk people are really kind and helpful. The young gentleman who took my x-rays was really understanding with my discomfort in taking x-rays. He is also great at making you feel at ease. He offered great care tips as well. The doctor is a pleasant lady. Super respectful. She noticed a cavity and another potential issue that another doctor missed. I would highly recommend this place.
