Does not answer the phone. This is my third time calling in an hour. They pick up the phone so it stops ringing then put me on hold without saying a word. I've been on hold for 40 minutes and have not been spoken to once.

I called them 3 times in a row to set up an appointment, it would click like someone picked up the phone but no one would be there meanwhile I'm sick and need to be seen by someone!

I had a visit yesterday and I am still bothered by it, my doctor bashed on me for not being vaccinated. I know it's a doctor's job to ADVISE the vaccine but not push me about it and tell me that I'm going to lose my job because of it... she made me feel so uncomfortable to even be there and to even step foot outside again because she told me "by walking through my door you can spread the Delta variant and make people sick" she also told me that me not getting vaccinated is a problem because this disease could potentially be stopped and she can't stand to lose another patient. She even started talking about how some people don't believe that the corronavirus is real and i immediately told her that me not believing is Not the case at all. She then began to say if I wanted a different doctor she can get me one and I told her that was never what I said and she continued to push about me getting vaccinated then told me if I wanted to switch facilities and I told her Again that that's not what I said. I was simply telling her to relax about how she 'advises' the vaccine and she said "No I will not apologize"..... I did not go to the doctors to get bashed on for not being vaccinated. I really felt like she was trying to force me into getting vaccinated with what she was saying. I even addressed to her how uncomfortable she had made me and she still continued to push about me getting vaccinated. ..Go take a vacation lady. You clearly need one.

I don’t understand how they can see a patient that has MEDI-CAL than refer them to an oral surgeon who does not take that insurance... mind bottling that clinic is supposed to help send you off with no help knowing and seeing you can’t afford dental care.

Don't even bother trying to call. Waited over 40min got hung up on. Called again, then tell me they were closed and that was the emergency line. Even though it wasn't even 5pm yet. That's why I tried calling an hour before they closed. Ridiculous

poor customer services

Very terrible place to go to wouldn't recommend it if my life depended on it! Very lousy service and no respect for your mouth.Went for a cleaning and i was in and out the chair in 7 minutes, very inconsiderate with my mouth and burned my lips numerous times with the polisher. I didn't complain, so it's not like they were getting back at me. Just very rude customer service, and then to tell me I don't have anything wrong with my teeth when I know i do. I have a moller loose and cracked, needs to be pulled, and the dentist hit it a few times with the buffer. After I told her to please be careful there cause it's loose and hurts, she had the nerve to say I'm sensitive cause she is barely touching my teeth. When in actuality she was rough and inconsiderate with doing her job!

This clinic refused the service and lied about my benefits...i called and verified my eligibility...i am at the hospital possible hart problem

Called to make an appointment yesterday, and got one right away for the next day at 8am. Arrived there and was in a room within 10 min. The MAs are super nice.
