Very bad customer service. you call and are placed on hold for long periods of time. I had to hang up and call again and they answered right away. One of the dentist's assistant is really rude. I went for my filling. I had already done my xrays and on my second visit to get the filling. Without looking at my chart, the assistant told me to get the xray again and when I told her that I got the xray done a couple of weeks ago, she got mad. While helping the dentists, she just put a mouthwash next to me, without diluting it and said "here" and left.Another incident was where they took my credit card and swiped it for the amount due, and then kept it for 5 minutes...until I asked for it back...If I had to give a zero or no starts, I would. The management of the office should really look at how their employees are providing service.

There’s a dentist that has frequently canceled appointments the day of and always seems to have “emergencies” on Fridays and Mondays. Super bad service.

Nice, clean and friendly. Dr. George is compassionate and professional. I am always treated with respect and understanding. ( I have dental phobia and she will go out of her way to ease my aniexty.

I just have to say, I work two jobs and I still have to be on Medi-Cal. With that being said, my options on healthcare are very slim and the customer service and care have not been very good in my experience. I decided to do some research, because the dentist I was going to at the time was very disappointing and I had a lot of pain during my visits. I came across this particular dentist and I thought to myself "it can't be any worse." So I went for it and made an appointment. I can tell you right now, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I got a Saturday appointment (I know, I was surprised too) with Dr. Huerta. He turned out to be the best dentist ever! I went in nervous and had my exam. He put me at ease and told me I had a few cavities but he would make sure that it was painless. Let me tell you, I hope he never leaves because my procedures were painless! He made sure I was comfortable and he talked to me to give me reassurance the entire time. I am so grateful and I wish I could have given him a big hug after. So, I hope he reads this and knows that he did a great job. Oh, and you are in and out of there because they only do one procedure at a time. So I had three fillings and I had three separate appointments. Which is a little time consuming with trips, but so worth it.
