List of Danielle Acton's Reviews
My whole family sees Dr. Acton. I have a medical background as an RN and NP. Dr. Acton is an outstanding physician. She is thorough, knowledgeable, methodical, kind, and practical. I feel very lucky to have someone this competent taking care of my whole family.
Dr. Acton is a very clinical/cerebral doctor. She isn't typically warm and friendly but she is highly competent and I always feel like she treats my medical issues with my best interests in mind. I continue to see her because I always feel I get excellent clinical care.
Thorough, a good listener and competent. Office staff have very good customer service skills.
I went to see her the other day and she was extremely rude and rough during examination. I should have known what was coming by the way she spoke to the staff and the patient before me (who was up at the front desk) I was in worse pain after the exam due to rough prodding. She asks questions and then abruptly cuts you off if your answer exceeds 1 or 2 words. I do not expect any doctor to sit there and pat my hand but I do not need to berated and spoken to in a condescending tone as if I am wasting her valuable time by my mere existence. She needs to either retire or take some classes on how to effectively relate to her patients. It reflects badly on the practice in my opinion.
rude, brusqu, seems to like to hurt the patient when examining. Shoved the spectrum in the ears harder than was necessary & harder than anyone has ever done. Also, pressed hard against a sore in the nose for no apparent reason except takes pleasure in patient pain. Horrible doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
