The staff was friendly and efficient, I received lots of information about what would happen as we went along, and Dr. Carlson visited me after I woke up to give me a verbal report on the results, along with printed fotos and info to take home with me.

Dr Carlson and staff were very professional at what they do. They tell you step by step at what is about to take place and before you know it, you're done! Highly recommend!

The overall experience was great. The office staff was very disorganized and shorthanded, as per usual. (Also, Almost Impossible to get through the phone lines, ahead of the appointment and took a very long time for someone to call back and leave a message). Otherwise, Dr Carlson and the rest of the staff were very patient and professional. I would definitely return there for future procedures, so long as it does not continue to take 3 to 8 weeks just to get confirmation of doctor referrals, reviews, and appointments set up. If not for that, they may have gotten five stars.
