Dr. Romans was amazing, great experience! His staff made me feel at ease. I am very pleased with my results. Thank you!!
My experience was excellent, he performed a mayor surgery on me related to breast cancer. I was pleased with the results. Today I went back to him to get a consultation for a surgery that I need. I trust him with my health.
I made the mistake of returning after a rupture of a breast implant....had a disagreement with the office manager and she made my life HELL and the implants leaked within 3 years. They were under warranty and I again made the mistake of returning there....the 3rd set lasted less then 3 years! Office manager still works there and must poke holes me implant !! Seriously DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Oh I would absolutely recommend Dr. Romans… His brilliant surgeon, caring, took time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all my questions and stellar post surgery follow up. I experienced no ill affects post surgery and my scar is virtually nonexistent. I would certainly return to talk to Romans for any future surgeries. He is a stellar physician, surgeon and caring individual.
I was referred to Dr. Roman's when a wound from radiation therapy had never healed for many months. Let me start this review with gratitude that I have a leg to walk on today, which in a large part, I attribute Dr. Roman's wound care, plastic surgery skills, and state-of-the-art use of Hyperbaric Medicine to help heal a particularly difficult wound. I was referred to wound care and Dr. Roman's at the first of the year in 2020. During this time, I spent 8 weeks in wound care, with a wound that continued to putrefy, each week Dr. Roman's would address the wound, yet it remained resistant to all attempts to heal. Dr. Roman's included a plan of Hyperbaric treatments along with surgery and a graft to the area, this was an additional 8 weeks. The wound remained resistant, but Dr. Roman's remained persistent, along with his skill, his experience, and his willingness not to give up is why I am walking out of wound care with both legs. Dr. Roman's skill saved my leg, THANK YOU, Dr. Roman's.
Dr. Romans has done multiple surgeries on me. I feel supported in my requests and achieved the outcomes I had looked forward to for so long. What an amazing feeling to be able to restructure concerns that I had for years after giving birth to 3 kids. Dr. Romans and his team have been amazing to me. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Surgeries: Tummy Tuck, Breast Reduction, Liposuction, Brazillian Butt Lift
Well I am saddened to say that my experience with dr. Romans did not end as well as I thought it would. I do not take away anything from the wonderful customer service and and the professionalism that the staff has and dr. Romans is a very kind Dr. But the bottom line is Money Talks and Medicare doesn't. After my initial surgery I was very happy but it turned out I had an infection so I had surgery remove tissue that my body was rejecting from the surgery. I know that's something that he can't do anything about accept go and fix it but unfortunately I was left looking not too great and my scarring was a bit worse. And that was after the second surgery we did a third one because I had these points I can't describe them like under my arms where he sewed and I guess I got some Scar Tissue under them somehow but basically that was all he was able to do at that point. Quite frankly and honestly I need an implant on one side so that I can match the other side in size. In a nutshell I'm back at square one not being able to wear regular bras but only sport bras. As much as I like doctor Romans I am really saddened and disappointed that he could not help me any further. It's been 8 years since the first surgery with Chidi Ukatu who initially damaged me so bad in 2008 and the nightmare just continues... But I'm just going to have a smile on my face and try to find some form of confidence to accept myself & be grateful to be alive.
I had abdominoplasty surgery two weeks ago today and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience that I have had with Dr. Romans and his amazing team. While I am still recovering and will not be able to see my final results for a couple of months the results I am seeing and feeling are the best. My incision is clean and I have had any problems in this area.. to include very little pain. I am so excited to see my belly button... Dr. Romans did an amazing job of ensuring that it was centered and clean looking. Dr. Romans was professional and precise during my consultation and pre-op appointment and made sure all my questions were answered. In addition, the entire team in the office have been so professional and courteous. I would like to share a couple of thoughts if you are considering this surgery...1. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Romans without any hesitation.2. Don't spend too much time reading the do's and don'ts about this surgery... just follow the directions of your surgeon. 3. If you join any FB Support group ... take what others suggest with a grain of salt.4. Don't be in a hurry to remove your drains ... they do not cause any pain is more of an inconvenience more than anything. If it helps, I have had 2.5 pounds of fluid come out in those drains... imagine that just sitting in your body.5. Make sure that you get up and move around within the first day .. it makes your recovery much easier.6. Understand that it can take up to 3/4 months for the swelling to subside... do not expect perfection right away.Hope this helps! Please know that if you are reading this.... Dr. Romans is a great choice.
A few yrs ago I trusted Dr Romans To do a loser blepharoplasty. It was a total failure. I had to go to another plastic surgeon to fix it which took grafts from my ears. Not only did i pay for this botched job in advance I was left to come up with the money for the fix. I lost many hrs of work and did not have insurance to cover the expenses. I feel like Dr Romans totally disregarded me other than sending me to an eye doctor who thankfully referred me to a specialist. Well, Dr Romans, you botched the job and left me in emotional and physical pain with no attempt to help me. I advise your potential patients to be aware of what happened to me.
In August 2015 I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Romans. I was pleased with the results, but in August 2016 I had to go back under the knife to correct scar tissue. Fast forward to present day, the scars are still visible and the scars that I was told would smooth out, have not and yea even though its under the folds of my breasts it still matters. Dr. Romans. There is only one word I have for the overall look of my breasts-botched! I regret having this surgery. I was supposed to do a follow up with him after the correction, but chose not to. Why would I go back to someone that I feel rushed my surgery based on what I look like? There really is no describing what they look like. Being disappointed with the work he did is an understatement. Kamron, thank you, as well as his whole staff, but now I have to live with the mess he created.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
