Shamir Banerjee should not have doctor in his title. His attitude stinks, he is condescending, rude and the worst doctor I have ever seen. I called and talked to the office manager about him and she basically told me that she talked to him and there is nothing she can do. IF YOU MUST GO TO PINNACLE HEALTH CARE on Rossi Cir and Davis Rd in Salinas. ASK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR. Had to give him 1 star but he doesn't even deserve that.

My husband has been injured since August 28th of this year. Unfortunately, we had to see this so-called doctor. At the time we visited the office we were told my husband had to see a podiatrist and an orthopedist. I was unsure which doctor we were supposed to see, so I approached this doctor and asked him, "Doctor, which specialist are we supposed to see, and do we need to make the appointment or will your office contact us?" He told me to my face, "I do not answer questions like that, I only answer medical questions!" He was very cold, uncaring, uncompassionate, and no empathy whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT LET HIM TREAT YOU!!!!!!!!! I reported his attitude to the office manager, and she appreciated the feedback. He works at Pinnacle Health Care in Salinas,CA on Rossi Circle. So Please Beware!!!

Dr. Banerjee is a very compassionate doctor. He takes time to explain the process of disease and listen to the patient's complaint. He's smart too

He is an excellent doctor. He spoke in a manner that I could understand. He took time out to tell me about a web page where I could learn more. He asked me if I had any other questions and told me to follow up. He was very compassionate.

He is unprofessional and rude! I am seeking assistance on filing a compliant! I was waiting to be seen and heard him telling the staff that he felt like a restaurnt manager. He stated, that is why he went to medical school for 10yrs to make sure he got the order right. He then referred to a patient's condition of hemorrhoids as bleeding from the a--! God help anyone that has to see him.
