You can never get a straight answer here and no one ever answers the phone not sure how they operate ! If you don't have hours to wait don't go here for anything

I had to wait 1hr 30min for a tb shot that only takes 50 seconds What's the point of having an appointment

The workers in the front are awesome and need a separate rating because they would be a 5 . But the xray tech was sloppy and the doctor who single handle brought my review down , he was rude and disrespectful and it felt like he wasent on my side ,he didnt have the best interests for me

They were supposed to send my prescription to the pharmacy and they never did

This place wastes your time. The doctor there treats you like you owe him sum. The young girls are nice and all, but the one of the ladies at the desk with glasses was rude. Literally they can help you out and get you on the way. But instead, they choose to talk and take their sweet time. Like I got places to be. This places hates the people that come here like what we do. Its like we're against them or something . Ima just continue with my life. This shows you how much time I had when I was there. Another thing is every place I went to has clean pins and dirty pins due to Covid regulations except this one.

Slowest place known to man! Waited over an hour just to have a TB skin test.

I had a appointment scheduled and they kept me waiting for a whole hr. Just to tell they can't see me. Worse place ever

Staff seems nice. Wait time sucks! I had an appointment at 1pm, I’m still waiting at 2:30 pm.

My husband had employment testing (physical and breathalyzer) scheduled 5 days before his initial appointment. He showed up to his 1:30pm appt at 1:15pm and didn’t get called back until 3:30. He was taken back to do his physical and then placed in a room to “wait” for another doctor to assess him further. He waited another 30 mins before the second doctor came in and when she did she told him she was supposed to take her lunch at that time but “squeezed” him in before then. If the state of California is reporting job openings are at an all time high and then REQUIRE this as a pre employment requirement then I understand why! Choose a different place to do your pre employment screening, if possible. This place lacks the man power for the amount of appointments they’re scheduling. To top itOff… they allow walk ins. Not worth your time or money!!!

The website made me fill in my medical insurance information. I got an appointment on their website. I went in that morning and they said oh we don’t use the website and you’ll have to pay for your COVID-19 test. I left and then I came right back and said OK I will pay the $135 for it. And then they put put me on the list. an hour past just to get a swab in my nose and I went inside and said hey how come it’s taking so long and she said oh we don’t go by the website anymore so you’re considered a walk in! And I said well how long and she said one more hour probably maybe. She could have told me that from the start! I had to drive 25 minutes to get here! This place is totally unprofessional!!
