Yuji Saito's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Yuji Saito is a very good and very friendly cardiologist. He explains things in simple ways and he is very concerned about his patients. Well everyone maybe wondering why only 3 stars for this review. The reason for 3 stars is because of the horrible office staff who are rude and disrespectful as well as very unprofessional. I am a heart attack survivor as well as a stroke survivor. When I tried to set up my appointment with this doctor they claimed that the office manager released me as a patient because I didn't see the doctor enough. I saw this doctor every time he suggested a follow up and I saw him when his wife who was my GP suggested I should see him. After going back and forth with the office manager she then told me Dr. Saito said I am a difficult patient who he has no interest in helping. I am 100% certain that Dr. Saito never said anything like that. I'm now seeing Dr. Shah who is with the Montage Cardiologist group. I have excellent care and I was also recommended to see another Cardiologist who recommended some supplements for my heart and some lifestyle changes. As for Dr. Saito I am disappointed with what occurred in his office and I hope nothing like this happens to anyone else.

Dr. Saito diagnosed me as having congestive heart failure. I was hesitant to get a pacemaker/defibrillator. He patiently explained why I should have one. He did a great job with my implant. He checked on me, while I was in the hospital (overnight). He was gentle and very caring. I am very happy with him as my cardiologist.

I was fortunate to have been introduced to Dr. Saito in 2018 while recovering at The Community Hospital in Monterey, Ca. I was told by another cardiologist at the time that Dr. Saito was the specialist for my AFib heart condition. I stayed with Dr. Saito while trying to avoid the Ablation procedure. Oct. 2020 came and I had another serious afib episode. This time was real bad. I ended up in the ER and another 100 joules AED shock was given. I contacted Dr. Saito and asked for the Ablation procedure. Arrangements made and was completed a few weeks later. Yes it's scary, but as Dr. Saito said to me, he does this routinely and I had complete confidence in his abilities. I recovered well within 2 weeks. No more heart racing issues or shortness of breath after 6 weeks. I am grateful for his skills and his patience with me. I had a friend who went through this 2 weeks earlier with another doctor, his doctor failed to warn him of the possible dangers that Dr. Saito informed me. I glad I was told about some possible risks involved. I'm exercising everyday that I can so that I don't have to be in the same predicament again. I was given another chance and don't want to blow it. Thank you Dr. Saito. Just an Amazing relief to finally be over this issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Saito to anyone with the same conditions that I had.

Dr Saito performed a heart procedure for me at CHOMP which was done well and saved my life. He is an excellent doctor, listens and explains, and is a truly gifted cardiologist. Thank you Dr. Saito for a job well done.

Dr. Yuji Saito is a outstanding Cardiologist. This Doctor has great Medical Knowledge and explains things concerning my Heart in essy to understand language.His demeanor and bedside manner is excellent. And this Doctor truly cares about my overall health and well being.This is a Cardiologist I trust and I am so pleaded to have him as my Physician.The Office Staff at this Ryan Ranch location are awesome and I prefer this Office over the Office in Salinas.Anyone in need of a fantastic Cardiologist would be lucky to have Dr. Saito

I met Dr Saito when I was brought into the emergency room. He explained my problem and answered any questions that we had. He implanted a pacemaker that day. He is a very caring Dr. and has a very good bedside manner, while being professional.
