She spent 30 minutes working to diagnose my medical condition. She listens! She asks questions. She showed concern. All things that seem to be lacking in todays doctor/patient relations. Nobody enjoys going to get a mammogram, but I can honestly say, the tech made my trip thoroughly enjoyable 😉 and the new machine they have is great. Also, the front desk person who checks you in was fast and very efficient. For once I can say, my trip to mark twain was not so bad.
