I needed a DMV medical Evaluation form filled out, he was great! It took about 4 meetings but if you need BH paperwork signed, this is the place to go. They answer the phone but the wait for an appointment is about 3-4 weeks. You can find the form on Google .

One of the best in his practice of psychiatric medicine. He has helped every person I have ever sent his way and when working with emotionally, physically and mentally fragile people that is not an easy task.

Dr. Kohut is a no beat around the bush kinda of doctor. He does not string you along but get straight to the diagnosis and treatment for you. I like his no non sense approach but very personable at the same time. He tested me right away for a accurate diagnosis, started my needed therapy and meds which made a world of difference in my life. Thank you so much to you and your staff.

Dr. Kohut is one of the most amazing psychiatrists I have known both professionally and personally. There are many psychiatrists out there but none as personal and as caring as Doctor kohut.

I’ve been there for more then 25 years although I miss the old staff, the new staff is just as helpful. I just love Dr Kohut. He’s the best.

Update: The new staff that at the facility is much better! Always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help me. They have made real improvements since my last comment! Original comment below: I love him! His staff 😕 not really... they act like they hate their lives to be honest. However! Dr. Kohut, I couldn’t ask for a more sweet and kind older gentleman who pays attention to your needs and makes you feel like you can trust him with your medications and the direction it needs to go to help. I left a terrible Dr. and luckily found Dr. Kohut, been with him for over 1 1/2 years now. Aside from the distance and the staff, I give Dr. Kohut 5 stars because he personally deserves them!!!

Dr. Kohut is an exceptional psychiatrist and a diplomat in his field. I'm a long time patient. There have been changes within the Medical Group which unfortunately have had a few glitches in transition but as for Dr. Kohut and the care he provides patients in his care, he is one of the top psychiatrists in the county.

Great staff and Dr. Kohut is kind and caring. Never judgemental and literally someone is always available to guide you to help if needed. He is very knowledgable about medications which most regular practitioners are not. I owe my life to him and Dr. Cibelli whom he recommended me to for counselling.
