I am very pleased with Dr. Jiffry and his office staff. They always answer phone and never leave you on hold for no more than a few minutes. I never have to wait long to get a appointment. Due to covid he does not see patients in office even when they are very ill. Patient had a ear ache probably wax but since not seeing patients he did an ENT referral. The office staff is even worse. Wont take messages. They make telephone appointments I believe for the money. By the way my brother passed away. Would never refer patients to him.

Due to covid hes doesnt see his patients in person. Even when his patient is very sick. How can he tell if his patient has pneumonia over the phone. His office staff is even worst.

Due to covid he does not see his patients in person. Even when his patient us very sick. You cant leave a message you can only schedule a telephone appointment usually several days away. How do you tell if your patient has pneumonia if you cant listen to his chest. By the way the patient passed away. The office staff is even worst.

Doesnt gives appointment on time always on vacation and keeps on rescheduling the sameapptmtnt avoid him as much as u can.

Dr Jiffry was okay I advise him of my medical problems or concerns he would answer. Dr Jiffry problem with me was his office staff. When I call the office too schedule an appointment staff would block my phone number. When the pharmacy call for approval for refills they refuse to answer there phone. Twice I had to call my HMO have them contact the doctor office to unblock my phone number so I could make and appointment. An he knew about it I told him. I was drop as a patient.
