Always worried when going to a new Dr.! I absolutely love Dr.Underwood...he helped me in sooo many ways! Loved that the lab and x-ray places were in same building oh and the pharmacy too!

I see Dr. Underwood once a month and byfar the best

Brought my sick mom who's advanced in age to this center earlier this week. She was seeking something to help with her chest congestion. Dr. Underwood was abrupt, rude, impersonal, and upon learning that she'd had a positive Covid test, ran out of the room like a coward, mumbling about how she needs to go to the ER, and then went and yelled at the nurse for letting us in, and sent her to come ask us to leave. I asked to speak with Underwood again, and the nurse said he won't come in again or prescribe anything. I think he's a coward, and should consider his commitment to his professional oath. The good news is my Mom is recovering well at home, but she was very upset by this experience.

Great reception service, awesome, helpful & understanding nurses, clean and safe facility. Dr. Underwood is great! He’s the only Doc I like to see, I’ve been seeing him for almost 5 years. Quick and to the point when it comes to regular things like refills, simple checkups etc. and really caring and helpful if he notices something irregular or you let him know about irregularities, he quickly orders lab work(which is in the same building) or has you referred when other specialty medical tests or treatment is needed. I always feel comfortable talking with him about certain concerns or questions I may have and he will take the time to explain and help in any way he may be possibly able to. Just all around easy going and pleasant visits! The pharmacy is also great and having it there, right after seeing doc, is a plus! Big thanks to Dr. Underwood! 👍 -Saul Rodriguez

Doctor Underwood is a great Doctor with knowledge and expertise across the board. He also has a great nursing staff behind him. My time spent with the doc is always a pleasure and never rushed....and that man can get busy. He talks to the patients and gets to know youona first hand level. I hope he never retires.... although it would be well deserved I'm sure.

That doctor yells at his patients and gives them medication that you never asked for he got one patient sick from taking the wrong medication. I wrote him up with the board of medical in Sacramento.they never answer the phones to schedule appointments and when you do a walk in they are booked until March.

Best Doc around town

they are pretty helpful for the most part. But plan on spending two to three hours waiting even if you have an appointment. other then that it's a good place if your in the area.

I love Dr.Underwood. He's a no nonsense Doctor. He's been my Doctor for 12 yrs. And has always done right by me. I also love the staff Ms.Bonita, Doc.Jones on the Pediatric side Ms.Betty (ret.) (Vampire lady ) labs. I had my best ever mammogram there. Ms.Felica who is always friendly to me but more importantly to my girls & helpful. The wait time is sometimes a bit long but I wait cause I like Doc.Underwood for the previous mentioned reasons. I do not look forward to the day he decides to retire & hope its not any time soon.
