I am so completely happy with the way that the staff treats me, every time I come in or over the phone. Feels like they are happy to be in the office and happy to help and that makes me feel even better and more relaxed about my surgery. Rafael T has been an amazing asset. He has walked me through all the steps, and has answered all my questions. He continues to reach out to check on me and I find that completely amazing.

Very disappointed in how my gastric sleeve has failed and furthermore the doctors do not even care or call back since I complained. Me and my husband had our surgery in may and lost only 20lbs!

Let the waiting begin! The product (Surgery) they are selling you is good, the best in the Empire! The level of customer service you expect to come with the product they are trying to get you to buy is absolutely deplorable! The office consistently cancels appointments, after canceled appointments! Periods of long waiting for returning phone calls. Most of the time you never get your phone call returned. You; the patient has to take time out of your schedule to call them consistently on the daily just to get an answer from the office staff. Hearing the words, 'I don't know' & 'I can't get you that information right now' is normal thing. The Dr is the best! but, his staff running his medical office, and schedule are very much overwhelmed. They do there best to help you but, the information is limited. Absolute inconsistency in the level of customer service you will receive from day one. Get ready for long periods of time, waiting week after week just to get a response or any information from the office.

Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of my surgeon coordinator but she always did get back to me

I don't regret getting the surgery at all I have had wonderful results. However the office staff is rude, never answer calls, and insane wait times. However that is not my biggest problem. I am currently 3 years post op gastric bypass with the silastic ring. Not one single person from this office has reached out or called to schedule any follow ups. right after surgery I called and waiting on the phone to do my 1 wk., 2 wk., and 1 month post op appointment. Its now 3 years later and still have not been back or contacted. You would think they would keep in contact since I have an experimental non FDA approved Ring on my stomach pouch!

So I had Gastric sleeve 3/16/2021 My doctor was doctor Martin he did a amazing job😊everything went well with my surgery hospital stay was amazing all the staff were amazing thank you for excellent customer service!!!

Amazing Cordinator Brianna helped me navigate threw the hole process from start to finish very helpful answered all my questions always responded back with answers for all my questions so shout out to Brianna Padilla you my mvp ✌🏻

I have not had my procedure done yet, but my coordinator and all the staff are very helpful and professional. They are always ready to help me when I have any questions. They take the time to listen.

My experience has been wonderful my coordinator was Bri and she was amazing helped me so much throughout this process I am sure she is happy I finally made it to surgery after calling her almost every single day. I am sorry Bri but I am so happy you had the patience for me even through COVID Western Bariatric is the dream team.
