E. Allen Alejandro's Online Review Report Card

So far I have no complaints. Great office and people. Office staff are always kind and courteous when I call to either schedule an appointment or have the Dr call for a last minute phone consultation. Dr Allen Alejandro always has followed up with last minute phone consultations and is great with my son for his routine check ins. The wait time is not super long as mentioned in other reviews. I think it’s the same as any other drs office and if anything it’s common for a drs office who serves a lot of the I.E.

Dr. Alejandro has been my babies doctor since day 1. I had 2 babies back to back. I honestly wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. I will admit in the beginning I did have to wait a while for some appointments but the wait time has gotten significantly better. We must remember that he is that good that’s why he is always packed. You can’t predict when kids get sick so of course you may have to wait longer depending on the time of year. The staff has always been very friendly as well. I’m so thankful I found him. Also if you would like to have an appointment with Dr. Alejandro ask for him specifically when you schedule. That’s what I always do.

I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. In 3 years my wife and I have not seen anything but unprofessional services delayed appointments scheduling and rescheduling due to the offices mistakes. Every time our daughter was sick with the flu or a high fever and call to schedule they give you an appointment that is 34 weeks out and have always referred us to the urgent care. If you are hoping to see Dr. Alejandro good luck in 3 years we saw him 2x and could only meet with the nurse practitioner. What made me finally post a review and switch the Doctor was we scheduled our daughter for a FLU SHOT. After waiting our typical 3 week appointment we get there and check in for the FLU SHOT and the receptionist confirms. We meet with the nurse practitioner since Alejandro was not in for the millionth time. As our daughter is doing all the vitals we ask if they can advise on her blood work and they say they will let us know in a minute. We go in and the nurse let’s us know we are good to go and we’ll see her next time. Great What about the flu shot? The nurse asks us you guys didn’t come in for a physical? We let her know No We scheduled this 3 weeks ago and even the receptionist confirmed. So we ask can we buy a flu shot to get this ordeal over with. The nurse advises No because we have Private insurance. If you have Private insurance AVOID THIS CLINIC. They will not provide all services decent availability or flu shots. In he end we did NOT get our daughters blood results and were advised to go to Walgreens for her Flu Shot. Walgreens does not give flu shots for children under 7 as they advise that children under 7 should see there pediatrician.

Dr. Alejandros office has not disappointed me. Dr. Alejandro genuinely cares for his patients hes very easy to talk to and makes himself available after hours when you have questions. The staff is also very friendly. My star rating went down due to the nurse practitioner Martha being so rude and unprofessional. I would ask her questions and she would say I dont know or what does that have to with anything. I asked to not see her anymore due to her unprofessionalism and solely see Dr. Alejandro.

Definitely do not recommend this Dr office 0 stars

If i could i would give them 0 stars worst doctors office Ive ever been to the worst its ridiculous they dont get you in on time they write down 1045am on card but on computer they write you down for 11am which is very stupid of them i will be changing doctor after this review and i will let my insurance know and let friends know to never come here the secretary nurae is so dumb she doesnt do her job right i dont know how she got her job their because honestly she sucks at it

Dr Alejandro is great when we actually get him he is both of my children’s dr but they hardly see him they always schedule with the other dr that works there Witch is pretty annoying. The wait is always long no matter if I get there 30 minuets or 10 minuets early or how early in advance I book the appointment they never get me in on time. The receptionist is no help all she says is “I know I know”. It seem that they try and get as many appointments as possible booking them what seems to be every 15 minuets without actually caring about the appointment TIME either way they still bill your insurance.

Doctor is very rude and he forgets things that he say he gonna do you have to constantly ask

When it comes to our babies we want nothing but the best. Dr. Alejandros office has not disappointed me. Dr. Alejandro genuinely cares for his patients hes very easy to talk to and makes himself available after hours when you have questions. The staff is also very friendly. Id recommend Dr. Alejandro to a friend.
