Unhelpful and waste of time

They dont even deserve a star I went in with my father to their location in Fontana and let me share my experience. Upon arrival the place itself was in poor condition. The staff very unprofessional l. My fathers appointment was at 930 fasting and was not seen until 1145 I had to speak to the office manager and she finally put him in the PA performed a poor assessment only touched his feet and said eat healthier Ill give you a refill for medication. She the turned over to assess my mother didnt change gloves. Finally the MA came to withdraw blood without gloves. Worst Medical office I have ever seen.

Ive went here not a couple times after being on a regular check up schedule my entire life. Was switched from Loma Linda child hospital to this place once I turned 18 Im 21 and this place is gross. The blinds are all broken and messed up to theres not much privacy from the office and the bakers across the street. The napkins were very unsanitarily sitting openly on the counter because whoever must have been too lazy to open up the napkin dispenser. The floor was dirty the bathroom had no soap or napkins. Totally disgusting for a doctors office. Also the biohazard containers were full to the brim... this is besides the unprofessionalism from the doctor and staff there. Only one gal has been professional towards me when I want and because of the bad outweighing the good I havent went for a year and a half or so. One time  i went to tell the doctor about my extreme extreme cramps I was experiencing from my period which hurt to the point where I couldnt go to work or school and she proceeds to try to divulge information from me about my sex life and that I need to use lube???? All loud with the door shut the door that HAS VENTS IN IT FOR SOME REASON? Uncomfortable It wasnt like I was talking to a doctor at all very unprofessional... the last time I went was a year or so after that time and I got helped by a male doctor and told him the cramp situation. He immediately got me referrals to get an ultrasound for my uterus and some other stuff involving allergies I have. He was much much better than her and very professional but the place was still dirty. Nope.

This is my fourth visit to this Doctors office and I wish I didnt have to give them ONE star. Every single time I bring my mother this place is running an hour or more behind. Telling me that theyre running behind may work once or twice MAYBE and I understand but EVERY SINGLE TIME??? Mind you Im only talking about the times that I have brought her. She tells me that this is normal practice. What the hell? 30 minutes after her appointment time no one came to let us know that the doctor was running behind schedule I imagine its because for these patients here its common knowledge When we asked if it would be much longer the receptionist who is hardly at her desk says There are two patients that need to go in before you then it will be your turn. The doctor is running behind ...huh? Its 30 minutes PAST my appointment time and there are two people who are still in the waiting room needing to go back?? Its almost an hour past our appointment time now and no one has gone back yet. This place is ridiculous. As soon as Im done with this review Im gonna find her a better doctors office.

I have 2 kids ages 2 and 3. My experiences with Dr. Uy and his office is the worst that I have ever had. Hes never in the office and gave no attention to the problems that my children were having. My dog vet gave more love and care to my dog than Dr. Uy gave my children. I definitely do not recommand Dr. Eduardo Uy to any parents who wants a doctor who will give the proper care to their children.
