Dr. Sellas was amazing. Great surgeon, great bedside manner. I wished I could say the same about his office staff. I took my 17 year old in to get her wisdom teeth removed and it was a nightmare from start to finish. First there was an issue with her medications. Staff didn't want to send her meds to our normal pharmacy at CVS. They sent them to some random pharmacy in Redlands that was closed. Needless to say, I fought tooth (no pun intended) and nail to get my child's meds to the right pharmacy. On top of that, they billed a non existent insurance and came back at me with a bill for $1500 and threatened to send it to collections. I have great insurance and they covered 100% of the surgery. I had to take time out of my work day to get a hold of my HR representative, who then had to get a hold of our insurance broker, who then reached out to the office staff etc. It was a mess. Needless to say, after weeks of phone calls, emails, voicemails, text messages the issue ended up being resolved. Had I not been diligent and a "Karen" I would have ended up owing them money.

The best oral Surgeon that I've known! Thank you Dr Sellas and your staff for always treating me and my family with the best care during our oral surgeries. I can't thank you and your staff enough! You make everything so easy especially my recovery! Your staff always give me the comfort when I walk in even though on the inside I'm a nervous wreck but they make me feel so much better. Dr Sellas you have always been an amazing doctor one that I always recommend to our patients in the office I work for. My husband is even recommending you to his coworkers in riverside. I can't thank you enough! Can't wait to see you again for the rest of my implant procedure and my daughters wisdom teeth to be extracted. Thank you again and your lovely staff! That's what makes a welcoming office is your staff from receptionists to assistants !

I had a pretty poor experience with my wisdom teeth removal. If you’re female and have any shred of dignity please do not come here. Dr. Sellas is quite simply a very unpleasant person. In terms of the surgical procedure. I was very nervous and I tried to tell him so but he completely ignored me and kept complaining about how the homeless population is a created problem. When a nurse asked him to be gentle with me because I was scared, he didn’t even acknowledge her, just kept on complaining. Now I’m not a whiner, I’m tough and was even embarrassed to admit I was so scared, so lease don’t think I was being unreasonable. After surgery my inner cheek was so shredded. It’s as if he had no regard for how callous he was during the procedure. There’s nothing worse than being in immense pain and not know if it’s because your doctor was too rough or if it’s what was expected. In terms of interactions with him. He kept trying to tear me down for my age. I’m 30 and am very comfortable with it. Women don’t loose value with age contrary to his obvious belief. For my 1 week check up I was better and being that I’m not confrontational I didn’t mention anything about my cheek. When he asked if it was a painful experience, I said “yes, definitely worse than any other procedure I’d experienced” He told me it was true but that then again women over 30 were only good for complaining…. he said something like up to 23 years of age is the sweet spot….. Just a truly unpleasant man. If it wasn’t that his availability was so open and I needed my teeth removed soon, I would have gone elsewhere. I guess I should have been weary when their calendar was so open. I will say he has a really kind nursing staff. They shot me a good amount of apologetic looks and we’re super kind. I hope they can find a better work environment.

This place is awesome. If you don't like going to the dentist this is your place. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Sellas is such a great oral surgeon. He did a great job and was so reassuring to my son. My daughter was also a patient of his a few years back and had an easy time after her wisdom teeth removal. His staff is really friendly, and I can't thank Dr. Sellas and his staff enough for the pleasant experience.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The entire staff were so kind & friendly. The best experiences I've ever had in a trip to the dentist. Thank you for the excellent service.

If you are looking for an EXPERIENCED oral surgeon that can handle DIFFICULT oral surgery, this is your Dr. I have had two visits several years apart to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. He did an EXCELLENT job both times. He explained my risks since both my lower ones were below the gum and laying sideways on the nerve. The whole process is well thought out. He provides you with easy instructions, and recommendations to make surgery and recovery the most expedient.

Rude, complete type A , didn't answer my questions. Embarrassed me in front of staff and waiting room . I can't even comment about his work because he made me cry and I left. Never have had an experience with any professional like this ever
