Todos estan bien mensos menos las que sacan sangre de alli para arriba no saben lo que asen se les olvida dar papeles o llamar a los pacientes esta como el doctor chapatin dice una cosa el dia de la cita y vas otra ves y te dice otra cosa creo que ocupan doctoras nuevas 💨👎👎👎👎👎👎

I got a TB skin test done at this clinic,at a good price, and everything went smoothly.

I came in today to bring my 6 years old to get her shots for school, I made this appointment 2 weeks ahead & revolved this appointment around my busy schedule. I was able to take today off just for the "manager" to tell me I didn't even have an appointment set. She said it may be to a glitch in the computer system that didn't save my appointment & that I can have a seat and wait till someone cancels their appointment & maybe I will be able to be seen, but that it's not guaranteed. All the girls here look like they hate their job, full of attitude & no patient care at all. No one here wears a badge to at least get a name. I manage a women's health clinic & everyone I work with has a badge & carries a smile through it all. I know with COVID cases rising up again it's getting difficult again but there's no way I'd ever let one of my girls ever belittle one of my patients or make them feel unwelcome, uncared for, or like they are a bother. Isn't this their job? Why are you here if you don't want to work here. Not one person here has a smile, or a great attitude maybe it's because their AC doesn't work but in a seriousness I've been through worse at my office & always kept a positive attitude & so has my staff. Finally when I asked for the manger she told me "I am the manager" well then act like it! You're no better than all the rounchy girls here & I see why everyone here is the na, because their "manager" isn't a great leader by example. I can say though Martha was so nice & professional, she gave me daughter her shots & she was so patient! Thank you Martha you deserve to work in a better environment! Do better ladies.

My appointment was at 9:15am it is currently 11:37 and I haven’t heard anything!

And not even a full star!! They have the worst staff, so unprofessional. They rarely answer the phone, if and when they do, they just place you on hold and leave yiu theres. I showed up 15 mins late once and was turned away. Just ridiculous

Update...Practitioners or doctors here are worthless, deny medication to the pharmacy and don't even call the patient to say why, then they don't give you an appointment until over a week later, they want blood work every other month, ridiculous, save yourself some grief, choose another doctor.Place is clean, most of the staff was friendly...NO doctors, only practitioners, wait time is a little long, both times there have been over 3 hours from time of arrival until we leave, not much accommodation for completely disabled people.

Staff was helpful but didn't really have knowledge when asked questions about problems that my grandmother was having...Should be trained in all fields of medical not just one especially if your going to be working the front desk.The biggest problem there is no wheel chair access it's all the way on the other side 5 buildings down.Clean

I signed up for new insurance which required that I select a Primary Care Physician. This review is in no way a positive nor negative review of the Doctor as I'm not even sure there is a Doctor. If there is she has not been there or are too busy to see us personally. We're taking about stage 4 cancer but the RN is the only medical professional available. The clinic is dirty, dingy and unorganized. They are always "short staffed" so the wait is hours after your appointment times. I gave it one star because zero stars was not an option. If you value yourself, your family member or the idea oh health, hygiene, respect or patient care, you'll stay clear of this makeshift clinic.

no se los recomiendo en tiempos d pandemia lo dejan a uno esperando en el sol por mucho tiempo aun q te vean q estas afuera no te hacen caso te dejan esperando muy mal servicio que tiene en estos moemntos me falta un mes para aliviarme y me tubieron como pendeja afuera por mas d 10 minutos hasta q me arte y me fuy

I made my appointment well in advance. I asked them to get any information they needed from Hospital records because I had lots of questions. They were not ready for me because they didn't have the information that I initially suggested they have.  I needed a letter for my HR department and they acted like I was príviledged to get this letter. They were clueless as to what they were doing. I had to go in two times, both times very rude.
