This clinics incompetence is just staggering. No one there can honestly say they can take pride in their job from leaving me on hold for extended amount of time then going to lunch, or not putting in an authorization for DME x 1 month even now nothing has be done. I would not recommend anyone seeking medical care from that office. I will not be returning plus I'll contact my insurance company for this epic failure.

They are very unprofessional and don't care about any of your problems or issues. They don't get back to you as far as your Blood test results and it seems LIKE THEY JUST DONT CARE. THAT IS CRUEL ETHICS FOR A CARE PROVIDER AND EMPLOYEES.

Metropolitan Family Clinic is an epic failure on levels not seen for Professional services. I would not have given them any stars but 1 was as low as it could go. I've been left on hold for extended amounts of time just to have the staff go to lunch. Metropolitan is notorious for not responding to numerous phone messages. The staff as well as supervisors are just as complicit. There is absolutely no sense of pride in their work ethic. I will not recommend seeking medical services from there. This clinic needs a complete overhaul. No one should be immune. I will not be returning and I'll contact my insurance to complain of Metropolitan Clinic epic failure.

Terrible. Just terrible. I work in healthcare as well and understand the stress, but this clinic has been terrible prior to covid.

Been here since 7am and now its 10am been sitting inside of a room for 1hour and some still haven't seen a doctor yet. Hospitals is faster then this place

Very disappointed with the staff and overall experience. I only made it to a few appointments before I changed my doctor. Used to drive only 2 minutes to my appointment and now driving 30 minutes to upland but it is so worth the drive to have a great pregnancy experience!!

They need better customer service. I'm not sure who is the lagging party here but whether on the phone or there for an appointment they don't tend to your needs.

We lost our baby for the irresponsibility of the staff members so PLEASE if you don't enjoy your job leave it for people who really enjoy help people there are plenty of good people outside who really wants to help other people. I BEGGING you to do that.
