I've never had any issue with the other clinic on G St. their providers are amazing but when I schedule an appointment they sent me to this location on K St. I have never been to an office where the provider does not introduce herself the nurses are cussing yelling across the room information about a patient which is a violation of HIPAA I scheduled for a full physical and blood work and I didn't even get that they just did a Pap smear on me I tried to talk to her about my concerns she told me she didn't have time and then I need to schedule for that it is so unprofessional. I get clearly there was an issue with the scheduling and they did not schedule me properly but the way I was treated and greeted was by far the worst I have ever had an experience at a doctors office!

Worst clinic ever. Receptionist has an awful attitude. Doctor gave me medication and didn't explain what it was for. Nurses were literally shouting out across room my personal information and laughing about it after words and anytime I walked by. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I most definitely would be contacting who ever is above all. This is ridiculous!!!

This place is affiliated with another clinic I go to. This place sucks. I came in to get blood work. Fast forward to result time. You think the doc would call? Think you could get the results? No no you cannot. They want to suck every penny out of their paying customers. However if you need to been seen with a reasonable time frame your told to call here. The other clinic is for state insurance. Bc if you have any real insurance they don't take it. This place blows. You get what you pay for I guess. The doc it nice. The staff are nice. I was given all the prices up front. They seemed to want to help save some cash. They said they never got a call to release my last results. I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Very small clinic only open a few days a week I think? Not sure.
