This office is very busy. It absolutely needs to be larger to accommodate the clients, and more equipment is needed. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, you're called in 4 at a time, you're waiting again for another 15-20min. If you want a CD there's another 20min wait. The personnel is doing the best they can. They're very professional and courteous.
