This is a terrible doctor. I had seen her for 4 years and wish I would’ve switched sooner. You have an appt. For let’s say 10AM you’re not seeing her till 2PM. Always ridiculous wait times. She doesn’t do her due diligence as a doctor and let me suffer with a shoulder injury for the 4 years I saw her and never ONCE did an x-ray. She’s highly religious and will push it onto you and even told me to “pray” about my depression/anxiety instead of getting my diagnosis and help , & which turned out to be bipolar disorder. Under her care you’ll miss detection of a lot of ailments, switching meds to alternative therapies she suggests, and instead be told that God got you. Smh worst doctor.

As a provider my top concern is the wellbeing of my customers. This office has lost touch of that. Office never calls back and will not send paperwork back when requested.

Dr Ligons is an excellent doctor. She's caring and takes time with her patients. She encouraged me to try alternative methods of treatment for Chronic Pain allowing me to become less dependant on strong opioids which I had been taking for years. I've been with her for 5 yrs and the chronic asthma is really under control. I wouldn't change doctors for anything. I see her at the D Street. Clinic and the Whitney Young Clinic. Both facilities are always nice and clean, especially the bathroom LOL. She's a woman of strong Faith and a Child of God. 😍😍😍

From the receptionists, to intake, the ladies in the lab, and Dr. Ligons, everyone helped expedite my visit today. I like the fact that my Dr. ensured I received my prescription, even though I rushed off and forgot it. Thank you Dr. Ligons!
