The care I received at urgent care was so exceptional I asked if there was any way the doctor could be my permanent physician. The customer care at this facility is fantastic. They were very fast, efficient, friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

I am one who hates to go to the Hospital but my last trip to St Bernardines was good everyone there was fantastic even though they were short handed everyone was professional thank you emergency room staff

This is some of the slowest service I have ever experienced I caMe in for blood work from washington state and the made me wait for more then 30 min in the waiting room in the lobby then sent me to admiting then finally made it to the lab now I also informed them that I am on a medication to prevent me from going into liver rejection and my meds have to be taken at a certain time and my blood work needs to be done before I take My meds and they ignored me they just said that there is a process this kind of stuff is not ok this is a life or death situation for me and there process got put before me and my life
