Worst clinic ever. I went while I was pregnant I would have huge swollen feet no shoes would fit me I would ask the doctor to run test and she would say it was normal swelling. They told me I was “overweight” and I would constantly tell them I thought it was water weight because I didn’t eat a lot but she would ignore me. I also went multiple times asking to be tested for kidney diabetes etc but she said I didn’t need to because I was “too young to get that” and UTIs would be ignored. I ended up moving to an clinic where your complains are actually heard and I have so many complications that could have been avoided if I was checked when I asked. I would not suggest to go here. Very bed service, they canceled appointment not let us know , I book covid vaccine appointment for my daughter on the day of appointment I go there and they tell me they have to cancel appointment o I have to drive up to Ontario for vaccine, because they don't have more person for Covid vaccine. They don't understand value of other time . If they have no vaccine o other problem they have to let us know so we don't waste time .very bed service i call my insurance to change primary doctor for my kids .

This is the worst medical clinic I have ever been to. The doctor order some test which I got done and they were supposed to call me when the results came in. They never called me. I called them about a month later to see what was going on, they got the results just never called me. I had high cholesterol and the doctor never called me to talk about treatment or schedule a follow up appointment. Plus some of the receptionists have a bad attitude.

bad idea to go there. They go twice that they prescribe me medicine and when they go to the pharmacy they say there is nothing for me. I went for the emergency pill and it took a day for them to give it to me, too late for that

Honestly this place is bad. The medical assistants are super rude and a lady short hair the one who weighs and take the vital signs is the worst one, made me feel dumb every time that I go.

The worst health care center in the world.. can't believe that who's running this business. I'm going to call my local government to check on them. Please be aware of them, I am telling you.

Doctor Payle is amazing but his staff ruins his entire office. It's like the women in the front hate their jobs and do a bad job on purpose. Always rude and lazy.

Not Covid safe I took my 4 month old daughter to get shots none of the patients temperature were taken including me and my child I waited 15 mins to see if maybe it was a mistake but noticed not one person temperature was taken so I left and called to inform the manager on the problem she then insisted that she took our temperature and asked why I didn't see the Dr. in a hostile manner i explained to her I didn't feel comfortable with my new born there if they weren't taking the proper precautions to protect their customers from the virus and her response was for me not to come backIf giving this place 0 stars was an option I would don't go here
