Still the worst service ever. They are always changing the date that they give you for an appointment . The staffing has no training at all. They are students from medical assistant training schools. They dont get paid its called getting experience at our expense. No one ever answers the phone. Its always down. Cant get through 95% of the time. Terrible customer service.

the manager is a very rude disrespectful lady. the rest of the staff are great i love them very helpfull Dr. Gomer gives great info also takes the time to listen to any concerns or questions.

Dr. Gomer is amazing However his staff is horrible. They all constantly have attitudes. Their attitudes rudeness is more considerable for employment at WalMart not in the healthcare a place where you should have compassion for patients. Its not like speaking with office manager Linda will be any useful because shes just as pity as the rest but when it comes down to Dr. Gomer speaking with her about a complaint a patient made on her shes quick to shed fake tears lmfao
